The girl who served me, was kind but she gave me a bitter Latte, I was not able to drink it, and she also didn’t change it for me, so I paid money for nothing. Very bad experience.

Horrible. Over 8 employees on a Sunday at noon and the drive thru was out into the street. I decided it looked faster to go in. The drive thru would have been faster. Two coffees and the girl taking the order couldn’t get it right 3 different times. The first coffee she had to remake it so it was finally correct on the fourth and with no more patience, I just accepted the second and left. This is why we stopped going to DD. The coffee should be the same, the service should be what we pay for and your job isn’t just a social atmosphere for you to be loud, obnoxious, unresponsive and rude to customers.

Went to go get a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and ended up with an english muffin instead. Secondly I ordered hash browns which in my opinion is hard to mess up but somehow they were freezing cold damn near rock solid when I received them. Both my coffee and energy drink weren’t even mixed properly with all the syrup sitting at the bottom of the drink and to they put whip cream instead of cold foam on an ICED COFFEE? Basically if you want to get played with your time, money and patience come here! They seriously need to do a better job and take their job seriously.

Came at 9:13 PM planning to get a coffee and sit in the dining area for a brief moment but was told by a Dunkin’ Team Member at the register that the dining area has been closed since at 9 PM even though the posted time on the entrance is 10 PM. The team member then locked the entrance door behind me as I was leaving.

Ordered hot cappuccino but got just a like warm coffee. The drive through experience was not great. The staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t ask if we need sugar with coffee. Only good thing is they are open late night which is a great convenience for late night coffee lovers and all the food items on the menu were available.

All ima say is these all these bad reviews wouldn’t exist if they got rid of “Mercedes” a long time ago. She’s rude to customers and employees and throws everybody off but somehow still there, while they chase the other employees away. You can’t promote horrible employees and expect good reviews.

I never leave reviews, but after going here I felt the need too. Workers aren’t really nice, and they barely show interest. There was a bluetooth speaker in the kitchen playing loud questionable music. So definitely not a quiet place to sip your coffee in peace.

It happened just around 6 00 PM the drive thru kid was rude to me when i was ordering he was very disrespectful and rude kind of laughing at my talk well everyone has a different acs don’t give the right to laugh i was so upset that i just went to another Dunkin donuts the owner should tell him to have respect towards customers thanks talk the cufias they are the owners that’s what I did because no one should disrespect especially a business.it was 147 Pelham St Methuen today.
