Went a couple days ago with my elderly husband. He sat on a chair the leg broke he almost hit his head on table and was covered in coffee. The gm was great she came running over to help. What does corporate do? They tell me to call a 800 number and never even asked if he’s ok. Pathetic.

Only getting one star because my drink was made correctly. I could see on the screen at the drive thru that I had been charged twice for almond milk. I did not ask for extra and have never seen this before on my drink, which is the same order every time. When I get to the window, the older female manager did not even greet me but told me that “for next time I’m getting charged twice” and then said “and there was a car behind you, so I’m kind of baffled.” Extremely rude staff.

I ordered two items, and both were made wrong. My bacon egg and cheese wrap had sausage. And my coffee had no coconut shots in it. There was no one inside and no one at the drive thru and they had me park my car and wait about 5 minutes.I am not the kind of person to complain, but nothing is ever made right when I stop at this DD.

I have the feeling that I paid $4,29 for a cup of ice. I literally couldn’t taste the drink and was able to finish in 3 sips. Should we always say “less on ice”?!

If I could give a negative star review I would. The person taking my order kept interrupting (not sure of his name, Indian male) before I got to finish ordering my coffee, and because I had 3 people ordering coffee and muffins, I was told by some female to come in because “it’s already running up their timer”. I did tell them it would go faster if I could finish my order. When I got to the window I was glared at but not greeted (Katie, manager according to name tag) and generally ignored unless items were being shoved at me. I know food service isn’t easy, that is not an excuse to treat your customers rudely.
