I usually go here as it’s the closest dunkin to my house and normally just get a coffee, which is generally good minus a few times which I get with any dunkin your drink isn’t always consistent. The sandwiches are the real problem here, they usually either come out cold or completely over toasted. I was given this burnt sandwich today with hashbrowns that matched and I just don’t understand how anyone working could see this and think it was acceptable enough serve?!

A 15 minute wait for an Iced coffee with 1 person in front of me is insane. They kept letting the women in front of me add 500 things to her order at the window. How is that fair to the people behind her that actually know what they want. Waiting 15 minutes for an iced coffee is not fast service

I have left a negative review in the past, but DD has hired some new people, and they are quite good. I spoke with the manager about my past experiences and she was very sympathetic. I will come by a bit more, now. BTW, they have great tea. I am a tea drinker by inclination, and am quite happy.

Went through the drive through today and ordered a caramel iced latte. I was handed a cup of milk, and said “there’s no coffee in this”. The girl ripped the coffee out of my hand and shook her head at me. She comes back to hand me a PUMPKIN SPICE latte. I took one sip, and pulled away to park. Went inside and said “this is pumpkin spice. I ordered caramel”. There was a line of people waiting because all their orders were in correct. 7 people on staff and none of them had a clue. I was given what I thought was a new coffee, and walked out. Took one sip and it was another, pumpkin spice. I walked in AGAIN and was greeted with “why the hell are you back again?” I explained my coffee was STILL wrong and told “well, you’re just gonna have to wait”. In this time I watched 3 MORE people come in complaining their coffee was wrong. A manager then approached me and said “why are you here?” I said I’m waiting for my coffee to be remade now for the 2nd time, and I’d prefer it without the attitude. Then a coffee was slammed down in front of me, while the MANAGER rolled her eyes. In this entire time I watched the manager give every single customer an attitude. Remake 4 different drinks, and saw a young man complain that he ordered food and had been standing there waiting for someone to give it to him. When I finally got my coffee a man said “they got mine wrong too, but I dont want to wait another 20 mins, since I waited 20 mins just for them to make this one so im going to leave”. Absolutely disgusting service and the management is horrible, if you can even call it that.
