This Dunkin has really good service and really great staff; some are always polite and very nice, which is always good in every establishment :)) ordered my blueberry breeze refresher and they made it right. Intense blueberry flavor is there with the balancing tartness of the lemonade. They also made my grilled cheese right with both American and White cheddar cheese. I will go back to this Dunkin’ and continue to order stuff from there

Terrible food and disrespectful employees…took like 10 minutes to get my sandwich done and it’s supposed to be toasted and it’s not even hot (see picture). When i asked what’s going on they went so rude answering…I’ll never put my feet there again!

Great location. It was rather busy but the line moved along just fine. The manager waited on us and he was incredibly polite and efficient. A great leader to have at that location.

I stopped here because I really needed to use the bathroom and before I even asked to use the bathroom I ordered a coffee that I didn’t even need because I wanted to respect the policy for the bathroom being for paying customers. After I ordered my coffee I asked to use the bathroom and the woman denied me access even though I stated I had a medical condition. I told her that is against ADA and was still denied. Her reason was that her manager says no access to bathroom after 7pm which is illegal for a restaurant to do so. I then asked for a refund and she refused to give me the refund on the coffee they had not yet made me and I argued with her a bit and she finally gave me my refund. I understand there may be an issue with homeless people using the bathroom in that area without purchasing anything but I was a paying customer with a medical condition and denying access to the bathroom is not acceptable by any means.

With so many dunkin locations around, i would avoid this one at all costs. The inside is always dirty and disgusting. Floors are dirty wet and sticky. Twice now i have gotten my regular order, which has cold foam, and the cold foam separated into chunks of fat. The second time it happened, i went to ask why and the guy said “its supposed to be like that ” which i said “no, it isnt”. Have never had this issue at any other dunkin in the area. Also, it seems like they dont run AC inside, because its ridiculously hot inside. During the summer? Sure, i guess. Absolute mess of a location. Today was my last time giving this place my money.

The food was good but I ordered 3 sandwiches and I only got one u said 3 they said no one and the people who work there are so harsh and they never smile and I said a refresher not a lemonade there’s and girl who kinda brown and she is the harshest would I recommend this place. For people who wants to have a bad day but enjoy there food.
