I go to this location daily for my coffee, which is always perfect, but today i got my girlfriend a sandwich, when I got home, she opened it to find this disaster. Not happy at all, plus there was what appeared to be avocado on the bag. There is no excuse for this, considering there was hardly anyone in line. The fact that they actually served this to a paying, frequent customer is disgusting. I’m not pleased with this, and won’t be ordering food from here again.

Don’t bother wasting yo ur time or money here I swear to god, you have better luck going down the warren and going to the one at all town. First of all the morning crew really doesn’t care and are more focused on getting outside to rip there vapes. The amount of times I’ve pulled up and see 4 of them just standing outside laughing and vaping while there is a line?? Second of all they do not do well on drinks or even the food. Like this crew doesn’t do the bare minimum and I’m surprised the owner hasn’t came in and done something abt it, must be all the older folks okay with low quality food but not me. There’s no reason when I ask for it to be “extra extra extra extra toasted” it comes out not even warm, like they must be laughing at our expenses cause they get drinks wrong and they just clearly don’t listen. They have some nerve to have tip jar there and that’s coming from someone who has personally tipped this crew!! It’s maybe a 1/7 chance you’ll get your order correct, never going to this location again especially when it seems like all you do is waste money there…without fail morning crew here sucks…they need to go. They don’t take there job seriously and even then it’s not a hard crazy job!!

They just don’t bother toasting the avacado toast anymore. 3rd time I’ve had bread not at all toasted. Today i ordered 2 neither were toasted at all. This is the last Dunkin location I go to because of this exact thing. They can’t be bothered to do their job correctly. Sad.

The food and coffee is okay. The staff is excellent, so is the service and the atmosphere of the coffee shop as well.

I love all the employees the service every now and then on a busy Saturday the line is out to the road but not really too bad… The food is dunkins its eh… ok!
The prices are sky high but isn’t everything now?
Have one Pet peeve a new employee n I never saw her again… (these employees deserve tip they bust their butt up here).

I try to tip every time.. of course I wish I could afford more but she got a buck on One donut.. little excessive! But obviously that wasn’t the point. The regular employees I would tip them $5 each time I went, if I could afford it as they are a wonderful crew,
I can’t say enough about them!
And the ice coffee is usually consistent… I recommend this D&D..

The morning crew here is genuinely trash. I order a small coffee every day the same way and every day its messed up. Today they tried to hand me a freezing cold coffee in a hot cup. Its blatantly obvious the difference between hot snd cold coffee. The morning employees simply dont care. A few weeks ago I told them liquid sugar in my iced coffee. Specifically told them twice considering I had to tell them at the windows again when they informed me their turbo machine was down. Got my coffee and still was a massive amount of regular sugar. There is one older lady who works in the morning who has quite possibly the worst attitude ever. Place stinks. Coffee taste like water. Dont waste your money. I won’t be anymore.

We ordered a drink and asked for no ice. The order taker was embarrassed to tell us that there is a 50 Cent upcharge for not adding ice. We both laughed about the absurdity and we knew they were just the messenger. Imagine being the owner of this place and being such a tightwad, that if a customer does not take ice in their beverage, they have to pay an extra $.50.! Next time we’re just going to ask for minimal ice, or 6 cubes just see how much they charge

Walked in, ignored for 5 min, left. Got into drive in, took 5 min to have order taken, then another 10 min waiting in line. Left without collecting my order. Worst DD service in my life!

I just got a coffee at 6 pm they took to long to give me a small hot 2 cream 5 sugars when i took a sip of my coffee i dont know what coffee they pit on my cup i have to spit out the sip like nasty as coffee never taste that on my life this how lazy people work and treat customers for me it looks like they were cleaning and they put whatever coffee they have in the back cold heat up and served that to me this is how people get sick
