Mold on my eggs! Board of health needs to shut this place down and revoke all management and owners servsafe certification. I called the store to alert them there was mold on my sandwich and they hung up on me!!! I reached out to customer support on twitter and was reached out to by Karlee Management and a woman named Karlee. She did not apologize, admit it was mold or even any type of contaminant (it’s blue!). I was argued with for 15 minuets. Told it’s not a big deal mold “can’t kill you”! DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY CANNOT KEEP A FROZEN PRODUCT FROM BECOMING MOLDY AND SEEM TO ENJOY PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!

We’ve been visiting this Dunkin for about 6 months – and have not yet had a good order. No bacon on a bacon, egg & cheese. Watered down coffee. Cheap on using flavoring. Last Chai Latte we received tasted like dirty dish water. That’s when they have Chai Latte – they’re almost always out and if you order it on the app they can’t refund you. You have to chase corporate (where no one responds) for that refund. So the store gets to walk away with $5 each time they’re out of a beverage they can’t provide, which seems scammy to me.

We didn’t have any food. Coffee was fresh and hot. The lady behind the the counter was very pleasant. Had no plans of going there it was a place to stop and meet a friend. We will definitely stop back. Keep up the good work ( I think it was Kris )

unfortunately this Dunkin’s does have good employees accept for one woman that has gave me a attitude blonde hair with weird colors in it she was improperly making food with her bare hands I had seen when I was waiting at drive through window for a while .

Employees are nice just the service is extremely slow. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get two iced drinks. Also the parking lot is very hard to navigate.

I do love going here and most of the staff are absolutely wonderful!! Unfortunately, they are under staffed everywhere which effects service and time. I believe the owners need to have some type of incentives to get more employees in there and also make sure your places don’t run out of stock!! On more than one occasion, they run out of thing that are used daily. Weather this is on management or the owners, I have no clue, but it is something that can be prevented. Allow us customers to tip our Dunkin’ workers damit!! Same owners own all of them in town and don’t allow customers to tip at all! Not that everyone would but if I want to give someone something extra for making my day better then why the hell can’t I!! Let’s get it together owners!! Step it up, keep your staff stocked and happy and you’ll have more employees that don’t mind going to work and will do it right!! Tha k you to any new staff for doing your best!! Thank you to all the other staff that have been there forever for making my day and coffee better!!!!

I used to go here because they were the only ones that got my coffee right. Now. I just realized they charged me $11 for a medium iced coffee because I was charged an additional $8 for additional flavor swirls. And when I looked at my coffee it says 33 French vanilla swirls on it. Disgusting and ridiculous.
