I order two medium ice lattes with whole milk and I pump of caramel at least 4 times weekly.. lately they have been terrible and not drinkable. We left there a little while ago and we just noticed they made them with cream not milk!! I would go back but we are in the middle of a snowstorm. Again not drinkable! They are too expensive to throw our money away again. Please advise!!!

I’m literally sitting in the cumbie’s parking lot next door to write this. I just had to wait well over 20 MINUTES FOR A MOBILE ORDER. I placed the order over 30 MINUTES AGO. There were only 2 CARS in front of me and one of them got a SINGLE MEDIUM COFFEE. I arrived at the drive thru 10 min early to drop a friend off nearby and we ended up being 15 MINUTES LATE. I would’ve just dropped the friend off and then come back but the drive thru is too narrow to leave so I was forced to sit there for 30minutes. The coffee we received tastes terrible and the sandwiches are wrong. NEVER go to this Dunkin location

Saturday 10/4 120pm stopped there after making an on the go order about seven minutes my fiance arrived to go in and get the order. He came out after a few minutes asking if I had made the order to that location. They were saying the rider wasn’t made to the correct location so he came to get my phone, showed them the phone order and then waited for it to be completed.

They were so rude and disrespectful and gave us less than quality product. I had to go to the mobile at the highway to get my refreshers fixed since there was not a SINGLE ice cube in it.
These ladies were mad because they missed a large order. My fiance said he would was grateful he was the one who went in due to the way they treated him.
I am grateful God sent him in today because I would have had some very true but insulting things to say to such poor excuses of customer service professionals.
To the park hill staff today- do better, get out of the customer service field if you dislike yourself and your job that much that you lack the capability to do the basic function of it.
Management- do better, hire people who can put ice in a cup, fill it to the pink line w base and then put in the lemonade. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to and these girls have nothing going for them on the operational front or the people part of the business.

Went in for a coffee and donut at 8:30 this morning. 4 girls behind the counter. After standing there for 4 to 5 minutes. One of the girls said ha who’s working the counter. They started arguing with each other on who’s job it was. I just left and went down the street to Gourmet Donuts. Received service there no problem. Don’t know if I will go back to DD.

The employees are properly incompetent. When we get our food we consistently get the wrong food without any warning, the food isn’t being cooked properly, and there is 100% cross contamination from not properly cleaning the work area in between orders.

Pulled up to order 1 large coffee at the drive through. I sat a few minutes and my order was taken. There was no line so I pulled right up to the window where I waited another 20 minutes to pay and still had not gotten my coffee. Not the first time there has been a long wait here.

It’s a Dunkins, so….usually get a good cup of coffee & donut here. They always seem to be out of select pastries & donuts, however. Service can be really good, or screwed up, depending on staff, items ordered, time of day, etc. Atmosphere is non-existent at some locations, being part of a gas station doesn’t lend itself to a “great dining experience”….

The lady with the name Kerrie is so disrespectful, I went there to by my black coffee like every day and by mistake they give me a regular black with 4 cream, I went back and nicely talk to a very nice young man who immediately excused himself, took the coffee and was about to exchange it, but this indecent and disrespectful woman told him to give it back to me and say “you’re not supposed to take her trash”. What poor customer service, that woman shouldn’t work with decent hard working people who simply go there in the mornings trying to get their day started properly with a nice coffee, and not to run into these kind of people who because of their own mistake, ruin your entire day!

​The person working the drive-thru at this location was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were confrontational over a simple order, making for a truly unpleasant experience. The lack of basic customer service is shocking and they clearly need better training. I won’t be returning.
