This DD is inside a ‘Circle K’ gas station, very clean and although busy; from ordering to receiving our order it only took less than 10 minutes, which was great. The drinks and food were some of the best compared to other DD’s I’ve had. There are tables to sit and eat there, and there’s bathrooms available. Fair amount of parking, including a number of handicap spots, which was good to see. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Next time we’re in that area, we will stop past for our DD fix IYKYK

Dunkin inside circle k! Great coffee as always! Friendly clerks! Typically have one person working but they seem to get the job done! Prices have gone up but the coffee has stayed consistently great!

Got both of my orders wrong after i corrected them before i even left the counter. Watched the male cashier not communicate the correction to his co-workers but they didnt forget to charge me extra for the bacon i didnt get tho! Coffee was 75% cream for some reason also? never had this experience at a dunkin before…

Staff is extremely rude, and does not have any kind of customer service skill. I was not even able to purchase my order, as they would not let me. I will not be coming back here. The dunkin in this area are awful. And a side note? It would help if your employees spoke the language of all of customers, not just some of them. Awful. Deserves zero stars.

I would give this five stars if the hours were correct on Google. On Saturday and Sunday they close at 8:00 p.m.. They also open at 5:00 a.m. not 4:30 a.m.. the coffee is always fresh. The staff is friendly. And most importantly coffees are made to order correctly. I didn’t drink coffee for years and then I found the dunken and I drive far out of my way just to come here everyday. The staff are a pleasure to be around.

every single time i come to this dunkin, they mess up my order. it does not matter what it is, it always tastes like river water. this time my boyfriend ordered a mocha cold brew with cold foam and an iced coffee. they did not put cold foam or mocha in the cold brew, and they didn’t put any flavoring or cream in the coffee, just sugar. it even says “”mocha cold brew with cold foam” and “iced coffee with butter pecan and cream and sugar” on the stickers on the side of the cup. my boyfriend didn’t go back in the store and brought it to me. and i had to doctor it up. i would like to add that the employees are 95% of the time working by themselves, and my boyfriend says that the kid taking his order looked very confused. poor thing. learn how to train your employees correctly. i don’t usually leave bad reviews but i’m honestly fed up with this place. too bad this is the only dunkin in south deerfield.

DO NOT LET VANESSA MAKE YOUR DRINKS OR YOUR FOOD. Every morning my fiance and I get our coffee/hot chocolate from this location and EVERYTIME Vanessa makes our order it’s wrong. Yeah getting an order wrong every once in a while that’s an accident, but EVERY SINGLE TIME that just makes me feel like she does it on purpose or that she just doesn’t care about what people actually want and just makes it however she feels like making it.
Now for the Dunkin as a whole, besides maybe 2 or 3 employees the customer service is terrible. Most of the employees there in the morning will just stand there screaming at each other in Spanish ( you can hear them all the way across the store when your standing at the circle k coolers) while ignoring customers waiting to have their orders taken. DONNA and RICHARD are the ONLY employees that take the time to make orders correctly. Everyone else stands there on their phones. They have order screens but always have to ask u a million times how you like your order made and then still make it wrong .

It took upwards of 15 minutes for them to incorrectly make 2 iced coffees. Had we been waiting for hot food it was pushing 30 minutes.
There was no sense of hustle among the employees. It is also maddening to see mobile orders come in during our wait time after the order was placed and somehow be filled first.
To say this crew was incompetent would still be over complimentary to my experience.

Fresh hot coffee, who could ask for anything more? The young lady at the counter was kind enough to take our Yeti mugs to refill. Saves cups and lids. Saves them money, and one day, perhaps everyone will use a reusable stainless steel coffee mug.
