It’s not right for them to say I’ll be with you in a minute and then make you wait 5 minutes just to say I’ll be with you in a minute again and make you in a wait another 5 minutes just to take your order when you’re trying to get one item And there is nobody in line in front of me. pathetic and rude just tell me exactly how long

Without question the worst drive thru service I have ever received. We waited about 10 minutes to get to where we could place our order – not great but not terrible. After waiting over 5 minutes without hearing anything from an employee, we called out to them to see if they were even serving. They said they would be with us in a minute. We waited another 6 or 7 minutes before we could place our order (ONE ICED COFFEE). Pulled up to find 3 more cars still waiting in line around the corner.

6/4/23 update. Still terrible, actually worse. Ordered and waited 15 minutes before we even paid/were acknowledged- while waiting we overheard one of the guys working back there talking rude about a different customer. Finally a guy comes over and asks what we are waiting on. I’m like uhm, our entire order?! And then he gets frustrated and says “oh my god” because he had to actually do his job and check what we ordered after we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge that we are there. They need to learn how to prioritize and not be rude to customers.

Yesterday…Wait to order was quick. Got an iced coffee which was ready upon drive up to window, though darker and not quite as flavored as expected. Ordered 2 bagels not toasted which is pretty simple and quick but took a couple minutes. That being said I am ok with all that…but my bagels were far from fresh! That I am NOT ok with!

I was going to this DD a few times a week but my order kept getting messed up (they would forget to put sugar or the flavor in). The lines are generally long, could easily sit in the drive through for 8+ minutes, started going in but no one focuses on the counter. It was like they would make 3 cars orders at a time while everyone waited. I go out of the way to another DD now. Attitude was generally great and friendly, if only they could get the lines and orders right. **update** I thought perhaps the slow service was Covid related but it wasn’t. I tried this DD again and the service is even slower. The wait times are ridiculous, I give up.

Normally faster than the others in the area, but I got to say after a couple months making this my regular stop, the trade off is poor customer service, and wrong orders. It’s about a 50/50 shot that they get your order right and if they don’t, and you call them on it you get a side of attitude with your incorrect order. Take your chances and hit the one down the road.

Our cashier, Megan was the sweetest thing. She respected us as we too our time and let our son pick his own donut. The people in the back set our coffee out on the table and one was wrong, so I politely asked the man behind the counter how we could fix it. The drink had our order number on it and everything so I assumed it was ours. And all the sudden the manager Elizabeth came and slammed our coffee on the table and told us that the other coffee was not ours and was so rude about it. We will be contacting their higher up boss to resolve this issue.

Other than often forgetting to put sugar in the coffee, there really fast and efficient. They like there music loud, so you might hear some singing when you walk in, lol. Its a cheerful environment. Good to see that honestly

Use to be the best one around. Now wait in line forever at counter or drive through. After the extended wait 9 out of 10 times the order is WRONG. Tonight new sign says closed 10pm to 4am. It’s 9:18 and pitch black inside. Guess they have their own time zone.

Good service but one of the associates here late at night always seems have an Attitude problem. I’m not liking her to much. I’m a very loyal customers my fiancé and I come here three or four times a day.. she learned our regular coffee how we always get it. But sometimes we like to switch it up and get different flavors. She gives us an attitude when she starts making our coffee before we order it and then gets mad because that’s not exactly what we wanted. I will take this to corporate if the problem doesn’t stop. If you don’t like yo ur job don’t work with customer service. That simple.
