Dear Dunkin Manger
I am writing to formally complain about a disturbing experience I had at your drive-through this morning at approximately 6:00 AM On March 7th 2026.
While I was counting my change to pay for a bagel, one of the employees yelled at me, stating that they needed to move on to the next vehicle. Immediately following this, another female worker slammed the drive-through window in my face. Furthermore, there was loud rap music blaring out of the window during the entire interaction.
I found the behavior of your staff to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. Being treated this way during a difficult personal time was deeply upsetting. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that your customers are treated with basic respect and courtesy in the future.

Came in right before closing — the door was already locked, but the drive-thru was still open. The staff was excellent: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They didn’t seem rushed or eager to leave, but instead provided great service. Thank you!

My go-to has been ordering off the app and getting the Frozen Matcha Latte with almond milk, but as of recently, I have been told twice by the same worker who gave me attitude that I can’t order my drink with almond milk because it’s and allergina which I understand but I am allergic to dairy and most milk substitutes but almond milk has been safe for me. I told her the app lets me order my drink that way still, and I have ordered this drink and other frozen blended drinks with almond milk before and have seen them use a separate blender from what the dairy is blended in she then told me that she was informed TODAY that dunkin was no longer doing almond milk in any frozen blended drink?!?! After today’s visit, I dont think I’ll be back to this location because I didn’t think my drink would be a problem

The cashier was kind of rushing me and said I ordered something when I never did. Dunkin’ Donuts needs to higher people who know what the heck they are doing. I would give no stars because how bad the service is and the food is also terrible. They never toast the bagels and English muffins right, it’s always soggy and gross

Food tends to get forgotten by the workers. This is also the ONLY location to give me issue about the milk I use in my drink? Even tho I am using a milk substitute BECAUSE I’m allergic to dairy. REFUSED to make my drink until I was at the store

Same dunkin’ brand food and drink, so no complaints there, but their drive thru service is pretty bad. Ordering on the app I usually get a drink and sometimes a donut or something and while they always have the drink ready to go (and correct), they never have the food. I have to remind them at the window. Today they were out of something I ordered so I asked if I would get a refund on the food and they said no, they’d just swap in something else. I get you’re busy but come on.
Edit: They gave me a half filled coffee cup and a plain donut instead of the specialty one I ordered. I’m never going back here.

alright so i normally come here on my way to errands so always going through drive through at first for a couple months no issues…but then all the sudden our coffees are getting messed up eveytime we go so we have to make sure it’s right and it’s real simple two diff ice coffees one caramel one vanilla but they’ll make both vanilla- anyways that’s besides coming there and they’ll have some guy standing infront of the building yelling at cars for money and that if ur lucky i got to experience the extreme with pants half mass hanging low definitely a sight i will remember forever LOL and today i had to write a review because i go…for our two coffees AND a 25$ gift card they have someone training working the window or she just doesn’t know much -cool. but why is it that i say they’re two different orders and nobody knows how to do two different transactions (when they’re was another worker there) however i just don’t get it considering the drive thru is thousands of transactions a day?
