The customer service at this location is spectacular. Ian is a great associate and goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The entire staff has show amazing customer service and really does a fantastic job. Very unusual for a Dunkin But this one is a shining star.

The lake is nice, food is never right and I find that if I make my own coffee at Cumberland farms it tastes the way I like it, but at dunking donuts I order hazelnut light and sweet, I 90% of the time get hazelnut with just cream. So I no longer go to dunks, and drive a few miles to get a coffee I can really enjoy

I was visiting Pittsfield and stopped at Dunkin….well what a nightmare I ordered 2 coffees 2 bagels…order is ready but one bagel which is fine that happens…I go to reorder and Nicole was the rudest most unprofessional person I ever met. She argued that I even ordered it then when she finally put the order in she starts talking about me loudly to everyone around. I have never been in a worse Dunkin’s in my life. I think she needs a new job that doesn’t include customer service. I will never return there. buyer beware….smh

Don’t visit this particular location often and today I was reminded why that is. They had Absolutely No Doughnuts available in the middle of the day I mean it’s called Dunkin Donuts lol how can they not have any doughnuts available at all by early afternoon?? Subpar service as well and I was hoping that the Iced latte would at least be good and maybe make up for the lack of well everything else however I was again disappointed … Definitely not a very good experience at this location….
