Wow!!!! I am definitely pleased with the service I received today. The worker, can’t tell they’re a boy or a girl, and with a plethora of facial piercings, is A SWEETHEART!!! Made my day to say the least.

We go there or four times a week to this location and dine in. I don’t know if the hot sandwiches have a design amount of time they should be cooked if they do there not doing it. 90% of the time our wraps or sandwiches are cold. Please cook longer.

I am very dissatisfied with this Dunkin’ location. My orders are frequently incorrect, wait times are consistently long, and the staff often come across as rude or dismissive.
I am also concerned about food safety and hygiene practices, as I have observed employees working with their hair down and wearing long acrylic nails while handling food. This does not reflect the sanitation standards I would expect from Dunkin’.
Unfortunately, the service here has been so poor that I now drive out of my way to another Dunkin’ location rather than return to this one. I hope management takes action to improve both customer service and food safety practices at this store.

Just stopped here for lunch. Missing items and got the wrong order. Asked for an everything bagel and got a croissant. Didn’t get my hash browns either. Very disappointing. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t even go back for a refund smh

3 stars for food because when I get the loaded hash browns, I politely ask for no meat. Every time, they add it anyways. Today’s sticker was put in confusingly, but the rest always say no meat. I understand they are busy, but it’s a tiny request. I can’t eat them today as they buried it in bacon. Wasted money.

Just waited AT THE WINDOW for almost 15 minutes for 2 boston creme donuts. 5 employees inside. This is not a location you’ll be “in and out” at. Expect to wait with unfriendly staff.

The young girl with the fake dyed blonde orange hair laughed when they were all huddled around
I didn’t not get offered a refund I had to ask for a new coffee no one seemed upset or apologetic
Nothing was given to me not my coffee or food
