It seems a nice place and the diner is a nice atmosphere but the food was kinda bland or had a weird taste with the toast and french toast.
My son and daughter bothed enjoyed their meal, and mine was ok, but bacon was bland by bacon standards, and french toast tasted like no real ingredients were used to make it french toast.
The pictures are the adter-phptos from us eating so don’t judge the pictures as what we were served, we were driving through on our way to a TN vacation and desperately needed to sit and enjoy a sit-down breakfast. It was ok overall, but not really “wow”-ing.
The breakdown of the bill was weird relabelling what we order so they can upcharge on some ingredients. We simply deducted it from the tip :/
Also the staff are kinda obnoxious with their conversation with each other while amongst guests.

Duluth Diner offers a classic diner atmosphere with plenty of space and a clean environment, but the experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. I ordered the chocolate chip Belgian waffle along with a side of potatoes. The waffle itself wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite hit the spot. The potatoes were served as the mushy equivalent of hashbrowns—edible, but not particularly satisfying.
One of the most surprising aspects was the sheer size of the menu. Spanning five double-sided pages, it listed an almost overwhelming variety of options. While that might appeal to some, I couldn’t help but wonder how the kitchen manages to keep up with so many dishes and still maintain quality across the board.
On the positive side, the restaurant was clean, the service was fine, and the coffee was decent. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but nothing really stood out either. It’s the kind of place you might stop at for convenience, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again.

This was a nice diner! The service was friendly, and speedy. Our waitress was attentive, and gave us plenty of time in between visits to the table, for us to enjoy our meal. ✨ Bacon was crispy, eggs and coffee were good, my only critique was that I wish the hometown fries had just a little more seasoning and crispiness to them.✨ Besides that, everything was perfect! 9/10. I’d recommend this cute place!

This is a classic diner with a huge menu. I have been coming here for years and everything has been great. Breakfast, sandwiches (Philly and burger are excellent), entrees, salmon and all their chef specials are outatanding. They can be weird in pricing add ons sometimes, but I think if it as an owner quirk. The house make soups are so good, and their ice tea is excellent! I have always had great service here as well! Try it you wont be disappointed!

My husband and I visited here for the 1st time on Wednesday morning while we waited to get our windshield replaced. We were greeted upon arrival and told that we could sit wherever we liked. Our server, Svet, came to our booth as soon as we sat down. Svet was personable, polite and our meals came out in a timely fashion. The food was good, juice portions were beyond satisfactory and the establishment was clean; no crumbs or food particles under the tables. We weren’t rushed; it was a relaxing meal. We will definitely return.

Wanted to grab some breakfast and we stumbled upon this spot while we were in the area. It was divine. Cute spot, inside and out. We ordered the biscuits and gravy and the Denver omelette, plus coffee of course. Coffee normally in diners tastes mediocre but this coffee they served was so good. You can actually taste the coffee if you know what I mean and it didn’t taste watered down. I normally don’t like biscuits but their biscuits were the best I’ve ever tasted; so buttery and soft. Service was amazing, food came out quickly and fresh. Staff were respectful and professional, very attentive. Place is great for small or large groups. If I’m in town again, I’ll definitely come back. Till then, let’s eat!

We arrived after 11am on Sunday and were immediately seated in the back/right dining room. It was super busy but waiting times before drinks, food, refills weren’t bad at all considering. Hubby had the Duluth Diner breakfast special and I went w the Patty Melt. Meals were good and we both love the coffee here…good ole piping hot diner coffee. The menu has a lot of variety and there’s something for everyone. We’ve been coming here for years and you can always rely on great service and home cooking.

Went to Duluth Diner for lunch. Quickly sat and met by a server. We were not ready to order as it was our first time – did get our drinks quickly. Asked again if we were ready to order – it’s been about 2 minutes. We were not ready to order as the food choices are a lot. Server seemed annoyed and did not come back for some time. Finally ordered. Food came out quickly. Server did not return to our table until we finished eating. The steak omelette was not good. Steak was more like very tough small pieces of beef jerky. Not much flavor. Would not get it again. Waffles were good.
The others servers seemed like they were doing a great job – not so much ours.
Probably won’t be back.
