Absolutely loved this place. This location was warm, friendly, and had a welcoming/pleasant vibe. The music wasn’t too loud or obnoxious and the service was great! What we tried was also delicious, will definitely return.

Well gotta say, the food was ok the service lacked even tho they were 4 parties in there totalling 8-9 people including us, But what really killed the experience the DRY ASS BROWNIE I BOUGHT, it looked good inside the giant jar they have some in, but the one they gave me was DRYER THEN MY BABY MOMMAS HEART., I could literally use it as a brick & knock someone out… Try the carrat & orange juice it was delicious, not the pineapple spinach. juice sucked.

Friendly staff, delicious food. Classic breakfast options with a cultural Mexican twist! The the Oaxaca hot chocolate is delicious! We had the green chilaquiles and the omelet with churro French toast combo.

It’s a smaller chain. It wasn’t as tidy and it was near closing, so they were out of a lot of things. The staff tried to be accommodating. The drinks were very tasty!

I’ve been here several times and the experience is always great. The food and drinks are delicious, and the service is excellent. The waitress and waiter are very friendly and always take great care of me—they even remember me every time I come in, which really makes the place feel like home. Highly recommended.

Typically I go to the location on 51st and Rockwell and I Always love the experience and customer service provided. I was excited to come to this new location closer to home. Expecting the same service. Katalina serviced me at the register because it was carry out anyway. I ordered my Sweet Pink and noticed it was missing Everything literally the chocolate rim, the chocolate Strawberries, no attention to detail. I brought it up to her attention and she literally just through a strawberry on top and called it a day. With an attitude on the side. Extremely disappointed. Won’t come here again. I rather go into the neighborhood.

Dulce Mami Cafe in Burbank offers a decent but unremarkable experience. The cafe has a cozy, casual vibe, perfect for a quick coffee or casual bite. Their menu features a mix of traditional Latin American pastries, coffee drinks, and light breakfast items, but while the offerings sound promising, the execution can be hit-or-miss.
The pastries, such as the conchas and empanadas, are often fresh, though not always as flavorful or flaky as you’d hope. Coffee drinks are decent but not particularly memorable—neither strong nor delicate, just middle-of-the-road in terms of flavor. Service is friendly but can be a bit slow during busy times, and the space, while cute, can feel cramped and lacks a bit of ambiance compared to other cafes in the area.
Overall, Dulce Mami Cafe is fine for a quick stop if you’re in the neighborhood, but it doesn’t stand out in terms of quality or experience. It’s a nice enough place for a casual snack or coffee, but it may not be worth going out of your way for, the potatoes were reheated and stale.

I came for a second time to give the place a second chance but it disappointed me once again. The staff is not good at all. They got my friends order wrong & did not apologize or come to check on us at all. We could’ve walked out and not even paid because they just didn’t even look at us. Also the strawberry matcha boba is not worth the price. It tastes like sweet green milk and not matcha at all.
