We had a football camp at the college and stopped in to grab a pizza . They had a very good special that I ordered a XL pizza, large boneless wings and cheese bread for 26.00. The food was delicious and just what we needed for the 2 hr ride home.

Placed an order at 6:10 pm was told 45 minutes to an hr it’s over an hr and a half past no food no one’s answering calls. I understand being busy as I work in food service but to not answer calls to be this late and still waiting. That’s just plain rude and Terrible customer service.

My absolute favorite place to eat! Whether it’s a lunch delivery, dinner pick-up after work, food for one or even a large group, Duke’s will hook you up! Staff is super friendly and overaccommodating. I’m not sure how Alfred would survive without this place.

So I’m from the area, I’m never going to order from this place ever. From multiple friends and my girlfriend waiting three hours for pizza that was said it was going to take 45 minutes to be delivered that’s unheard of in this area. I don’t care if your backed up you need to let your customers. They didn’t offer a discount or anything!!!! Three people delivering food and not a single person not staff knows where the food is. Come on…. This is stupid and abhorant the pizza has was ordered at 4:40pm on a Sunday…it’s now 7:43 on the same day….. That’s beyond poor….
