Wow, I can’t get over how amazing this place is! Not only is it a delicious burger/chopped cheese place. But they double as a bakery on Friday Saturday and Sunday. I ate here a week ago and am still dreaming about the spicy burger.
They sell local burgers and chips, and literally the best burger I’ve ever had (a smashburger!)
Also the owner is the kindest local and I can’t wait to return to Denver solely to eat here thank you for the amazing service and food!

Very good food. Friendly staff. Clean location. I had the Chopped Cheese and added Giardiniera Peppers. The Giardiniera, was basically just Pepperoncinis, but I was okay with that.
The Chopped Cheese has just the right about of White American Cheese, and Mayo. The bun was fresh, it held up nice to the Chopped Cheese.
It wouldn’t kill them to put some more meat in this sandwich, and give the onions a finer chop, but overall, very good. I would eat here again.

Stopped in on a whim while charging my car across the street and stumbled upon the “all day breakfast sandwich’” and my life will never be the same! Imagine: perfectly smoked ham, an egg cooked so precisely its golden yolk flows like liquid sunshine, and a blanket of melted cheese, all hugged by two slices of the best challah bread I’ve ever had.

Me and my wife came in and both got the chopped cheese and it was awesome! We got to talking with one of the workers and he told us there’s a bakery thats connected to this place. Of course we had to get something sweet afterwards. Went in, met the owner, she told us how she makes everything herself and they way she explained her deserts shows that she puts alot of love and time in her making them. My wife loved the ginger snap cookie sandwich. If youre passing by go grab a quick bite to eat then go upfront and get you a sweet treat. Everyone is very nice and personable here as well.

First time here, spcy smash burger was amazing. Got to talk to the owner for a bit they were able to make us a vegetarian breakfast sandwich and the egg was just perfect. Oh and don’t forget to pick up some bakery items the banana bread hit the spot!

We were visiting out of town for the Falcons game and just GPS downtown Denver for good eatery. We stumbled upon this and so glad we did!
Chopped Cheese- 10/10!

But the baked goods are the true star!! The owner freshly bakes every day!

And to add on top she had fun games to play, such as Uno, Checkers, Connect4, etc. Overall, great experience!

Cute little walk up window with outdoor seating. Head down the alley, around the corner, and find a great old school treasure. Duke’s has a small but tasty menu, including smash burgers, Italian subs, local sodas and more. The service was friendly and fast. The food was great. Definitely going back.

One of the best local smash burgers in the city! Some may argue about the price but you pay for the quality everything is fresh and delicious. I personally love the size of the onion the fresh lettuce and special sauce. The bun was perfect as well! I also got some sweet and spicy Denver chips that beat fried all day imo. The bakery connected is also a gem highly recommend picking up something from there if ya can.
