I can’t comment on on the food because we only went for drinks. But it does look like they updated renovated the place. It looks like they have new chairs and tables, so that was a welcome surprise. Previously, it was a little bit rundown. They did have quite a good selection of beers, and the prices seemed pretty reasonable. They also have a happy hour menu which we will definitely go back to check out.
Really the best thing about this place is the outdoor seating area which is right on the intracoastal waterway where you can enjoy the outdoor weather, great news of Sunny Isles Beach, and the boats passing by ️⛵
There’s also plenty of FREE parking, which is a big plus in Miami as pretty much every place wants to have a valet and upcharge you extra for parking. ️
The bar service was mediocre.

This place is awesome. 100% delivered for exactly what I needed in the moment I was there. I was in town for a work event on the beach and was traveling in a large truck with a trailer. Miami isn’t exactly made for this type of transportation, so when I found Duffy’s with the huge parking lot – I was very relieved. I was tired, and hungry, and didn’t want to deal with a crowd. When I walked in, I was immediately surprised by how huge it was! I can imagine this place is hugely popular for big sport days. I went outside and easily found a seat at the bar. It’s next to a POOL, which had no one in it at the time, but I’m sure it’s awesome when in use. My bartender was KiKo and he was on fire. He had the whole outdoor bar to himself and was taking excellent care of everyone. Very impressive! The food was pretty good. The calamari was great and I was in the mood for chicken tenders, so I wasn’t very adventurous, but they were good! Beer was cold and Kiko never left me hanging empty. Another big plus when you sit outdoors is the scenery. You’re right on the water and get to see all the high end yachts come through…saw some amazing million dollar yachts pass by. All in all – if you want an EASY, well serviced, good bar food type experience – Duffy’s is THE PLACE. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I never get disappointed, but today stood out the most to me. My bartender ,Brittany, was absolutely amazing, very sweet and attentive, and she made me the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had in my life! If you come to this location, please ask for Britney. I really, REALLY DO NOT LIKE GIVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS . I understand how difficult it is to run a successful business in the restaurant industry. I will return eventually and if everything is fully dully, I will upgrade the score.
I was informed about this restaurant, from an employee, plus I hear people mention it, so I was somewhat excited to come. The atmosphere was top notch, but as I walked in, I noticed a flashing strobe light. I eventually realized, that was the fire alarm. That was concerning, because the fire department, was not on scene, and the building, was not evacuated. It was ignored, by staff and management. Everything operated, like business as usual.
First, I asked the host, “Are there any drink specials?” She was uninformed, and handed me, a drink menu . Second, I walked to the bar. There was about five employees, working back there. I was not greeted by anyone, for about, fifteen to twenty minutes. Finally, a bartender, acknowledged me. I asked him, if there are, drink specials. He did the same as the host, and handed me, a drink menu, with no explanation.
I ordered a beer, and watched the games. I was ready to leave, after I finished the beer. I asked for my tab, and the bill, was way too high. Then I noticed, it was buy two, for the price of one. Bartender informed me, that is the only way, to ring one beer up. He did not bother, to offer me, a second beer. He only provided one extra, after I had to ask. I became offended, because I know, the average price, for one beer, is around $5. The two for one special, was not a special, in the least bit. Simple sensible summations, exposes the notion, to fancy finess, presentation and price, on the total’s adjustment.
I was so unsatisfied, with how the bartender, charged me, for two beers, and did, not even, offer to, supply, my second, bottle. In addition, their fire alarm, never turned off, the entire, Time, I was allow, to remain, inside and patron. I noticed the fire truck did not arrive, until after closing time. That was concerning and unleveling. Please do better next time, because I would love, to give, a positive review.

I’m a regular, so l’ve seen a lot of servers come and go but Jarred is different. From the second we sat down, he had this easy confidence and humor that just works. When our tablee couldn’t decide between apps, he leaned in and said,
“Trust me, this one disappears fast” and we all laughed. Later, he noticed my friend’s water running low and said, “I got you,” and topped it off before we even had to ask. He keeps it natural and relaxed while staying completely on top of everything. Food came out right, timing was perfect, and he kept the energy up the whole night.
You can tell he actually enjoys what he does. He makes it feel less like you’re being served and more like you’re hanging out with someone who genuinely cares. Jarred’s personality alone is reason enough to come back
