Stopped in for pizza with the family. Probably should have ordered by the slice… It would be faster. The atmosphere reminded me of an east coast pizzeria… Except we are in the heart of Ybor City.
Pizza was awesome. They went overboard on the sausage but otherwise a good pie.
Service was great. They do not accept cash.

This place has everything; on the weekends it’s a fun vibe with music and lots of people. Pizza by the slice or made to order and all counter service (no servers) but they do bring food and drinks out to you when it’s ready and essentially do end up waiting on you. During the week this is especially true as the vibe is much more quiet and relaxed. We had date night here this week and decided to try something different than the usual slice-to-go. We each got a panini. Everything was so good. The staff were very kind, checking on us often as more food came out, and even made complementary cannolis for the restaurant, bringing them around on a dessert tray. The food here is enough to keep coming back but the staff make it memorable.

This place has some amazing pie (pizza). The dough is fantastic, soft chew but holds up extremely well. They cook it perfectly, nice char on bottom but doesn’t give off any burnt flavors. Toppings were distributed evenly and plentiful.
They make their own pasta and dolce (desserts) as well.
I tried the Tirmisu which was really good but seemed to be missing something. Great authentic mixture of Mascarpone, fresh ladyfingers, and Cocoa. I didn’t get a balance with espresso though. Not 100% it was present in the dish as I didnt notice any saturation or pigmentation change within the ladyfingers. Although there was a dark line of something if I looked at the profile of the dish, I just didnt pick up any espresso flavor.

We had been working at a coffee shop in Ybor City and took a late afternoon walk and passed this gem with all the pizza options in the window.
While it was empty when we arrived at the very early five o’clock, by the time we left it had gotten busy.
You pick out your pizza and they heat it up and you order your drinks and pay at the register at the bar.
There’s also salads in the case and pasta options on the board.
We selected a stuffed double cheese first and meat slice and a sausage slice and a veggie slice.
I ordered a glass of Merlot and he got a bottle of Modelo (no drafts) and we paid for it all.
A few minutes after we sat down, out server delivered the latter two thinner slices piping hot from the oven. About five minutes later, our thicker stuffed slice was delivered, sliced in two, with a small cup of sauce.
All three were exceptionally good with fresh, al dente veggies and incredibly tasty sausage. Both slices were topped with a large amount of items.
The stuffed pizza was much desnser, filled with ham, sausage, and pepperoni and lots of cheese. The fresh sauce was light and tasted like fresh tomatoes.
It was difficult to choose a favorite and we’re glad we chose three, even though we knew with the size slice, we’d be taking some home.
After enjoying our drinks and pizza, we got a heavy duty box for some of each for a treat at home today.
A great spot for casual dining or a quick bite in the historic Ybor District in Tampa.
If you like NY style pizza, I’d highly recommend this place right on 7th Avenue.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars for the pizza

We happened to be in ybor at lunchtime and decided to try them out. We knew the moment we walked through the door, that this was a good decision! The dining room is full of charm and curiosity’s. Just past the door, on the left is an example of nearly any pizza on the menu. You can see right away that they know pizza! We ordered, and in a few short moments, we had a hand full of pizza heaven. Great dough, house made sauce, top shelf ingredients and a huge pizza oven come together to put smiles on every face! We would definitely grab a slice anytime we are in the area, and you should too!

New York style pizza at its finest! Whole pie option or by the slice! They only have one size and it’s huge! This will definitely be on our top pizza spot list! Can’t wait to come back to try more options!

This is my favorite pizza shop in Tampa, until someone else proves me wrong. I’m an NYC gal so you know I’m a critic with my pizza and bagels. The pizza is yummy. The staff is great. The atmosphere is really homey, open and free flowing. My go to shop every time I need a slice! And I try different ones each time I go. Molto bene !

Ordered for pick up staff was very nice and wasn’t a long wait at all they made sure the pizza was hot ready to go, started off with two supreme slices just to try them and I am impressed already would try many other things if they tasted anywhere close to as good as that. Hours seem very accommodating maybe because they’re in Ybor but none the less still nice. 10/10 experience for sure

Let me tell you…. This is the GO TO SPOT. I’m from NYC and this place brought me back home. The best pizza and pasta – their pesto pasta is my fave!!! I went this past week and they gave my husband and I our pastas in heart shaped plates. So adorable!

PHENOMENAL SERVICE! ❤️
We came here tonight for some food and the service we received was beyond any of our expectations. Immediately upon walking in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It truly felt like a family. They even gave us a couple slices of cake while we were waiting for our food and eating. Didi (or maybe Dede)- my apologies for the spelling, was wonderful! We will most definitely be returning! Thank you to the staff for an amazing meal and the service!
