Classic pizza by the slice, big slices, crispy bottoms and great flavor. 2 cheese and a drink for $11 is a bargain. They have so many options that I haven’t seen near Huntersville, including deserts/pastries. Will definitely be coming back and expect this place to grow popular very fast.

Meat lovers pizza with extra cheese was a heavy pie. It was loaded but the crust was foldable. It was not soggy. They were busy and efficient . 20 minutes and we were out the door with our pizza. There is no table service but great for a quick slice or two.

I ordered a meat lovers and a pepperoni slice — both were excellent. The crust was crisp, the sauce well balanced, and the pepperoni had that perfect touch of fat and flavor. The subs are huge and look just as good.

It would be nice if every time I drove down here that the place is actually open. Closed once again. This time I got here at 3pm and they’re walking out the door locking up. Never tried the pizza and now never will. If you claim to be from NY then keep your place open like a normal pizzeria. You’re running this place with bankers hours.

Really good NY style pizza, with regular ($3.10 + .50 per topping) and Sicilian ($3.75 + .50 per topping) by the slice! Would definitely stop by again when in the area. They also had 3 donuts (zeppoli)for $2, which were excellent!

I decided to give DA a try. I am not impressed at all. The pizza’s in paper bag on a plate with nothing to keep it warm. I took a bite of my slice of pizza: Almost burned on the bottom. Chewy. I felt no charm nor friendliness from anyone behind the counter. Because I am a Black woman, and very “aware and observant” during these political times, I observe closely the way I am treated within the spaces that I travel. I will spend my money where I feel welcome. I will not return to DA.
