Bdubs is my favorite, I had a worst experience yesterday at Bdubs location. I have ordered BOGO TUESDAY 10+10 wings. I visited the store and didn’t had time so took my order to home. I didn’t see the wings by opening the box and that’s my mistake. After getting home I was shocked to see the small skinny wings. Including waiting time and traveling time it took 1.5 hours, got bones with almost no meat on it with just skin on it. You can see the pictures I attached. This is very disappointing. Maybe they thought that they can put any trash in the box and even if customer looks at it after getting home we can’t travel back that long to ask. I can’t understand what is your mindset.

Came here to pickup an order place was dead only a few people were here for New Year’s Eve. The workers here were watching the tv more than actually working. My order was supposed to be ready by 7:20 and I’m still waiting here at 7:50 who knows how long this will take!!!!!

My husband and I came here knowing this restaurant had really bad reviews but it was the only restaurant that was opened at 1 Am. We were approached by a guy named OMAR . He was extremely friendly, he took our order and we got it pretty fast. I will definitely come back. You can’t go to a restaurant with a bad attitude and expect to receive kindness back. Treat people as you would like to be treated. Treat your servers with respect and they will take care of you. Thank you Omar for your good service

We stop at this BWW location. While outside another costumer told us “good luck with the wait time”. We thought maybe they were pack but parking was kind of empty.
We walked in and there was only a few costumes, we waited to be seated but no host came…we left and currently driving to our local BWW.

Apparently you get cut off at 5 drinks at the bar. I gave it two stars only because Anthony was a cool kid for a bartender, I know he was only doing what he was trained to do so I can’t fault him. But come on bww 5 drinks, I could understand if our group was being loud and obnoxious but in my opinion we where just like everyone else in here. Based on my experience at this bww I’m going to avoid coming to another.

The worst service I’ve ever seen and wish we would of read the reviews before coming in to dine. We were ignored at the table at the bar for at least 15-20 mins and the place wasn’t packed enough to even have to look around and find our rude waiter Bivins. After forgetting one of the main orders for a table of 3 we asked him to cancel it and just bring more blue cheese for the wings. He gave attitude and called my friend an asshole because he complained about how Bivs didn’t remember his order and now making seem like it was the customers problem not his. Not even an apology or acknowledging his mistake. When we asked to speak to his mgr Omar it was even more pathetic because he knew we were upset and insulted by the lazy and slow service we got and seemed like it was no big deal and that got us even more upset. Our first experience at this BWW was the worst ever and will never step foot in that place again. Don’t hire servers that don’t want to work and don’t hire mgrs that are incompetent if they allow bad attitude and service to run their business. Now looking at our bill it looks like Omar is also the cashier too.

Ah yes. Order 30 wings get a gallon of ranch and one cup of the cause you specifically asked for and paid for. I want to come more but every time i get take out its wrong, and when I go in person, its wrong and i have to send it back or deal with paying for what i didn’t want. Done with it.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the extremely poor experience my family and I had during our recent visit to one of your locations.
Unfortunately, the waitress who attended us, as well as the rest of the staff, were very rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. At no point did we feel welcomed or treated with respect. This behavior made our visit uncomfortable and disappointing, especially since we were dining with our family.
I strongly believe that a company of Buffalo Wild Wings’ reputation should have more efficient, better-trained employees who provide respectful and friendly customer service. The attitude we experienced does not reflect the level of service customers expect from your brand.
I hope this matter will be taken seriously and reviewed internally to prevent other customers from having a similar experience in the future.

The worst BWW i have ever stepped foot in. And I love me some BWW. This place was horrible from the entrance till the end.. 8 asked for a manager. The never came. Food took forever, with soggy fries. There was a line piled up for pickup that I witnessed people there for 30 mins through an app order. I would never come here again. To add to that my dad warned me about this please evening garbage.
