Duck Donuts never disappoints! The donuts are absolutely amazing—fresh, made to order, and still hot when you get them. The flavors are hands-down some of the best around. Growing up, the original Duck, NC location was always a favorite of mine, so this spot brings back so much nostalgia. Now I love getting to share that experience with my own kids. They’re obsessed with all the duckies and watching the donuts being made right in front of them. Such a fun, delicious experience for the whole family. Highly recommend!

I don’t eat donuts but if I did, I’d make this a “have to try” place! They look delicious!! I came here for a frappe on my way to work. They just started making frappes so the flavors were limited but I got a white chocolate frappuccino. I totally forgot to ask for milk alternatives. The place is very roomy and there’s a good amount of outdoor seating and a cute little breezeway. Staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you! ❤️

First time ordering Duck Donuts.
Food 5 – fresh tasting donuts just the way I customized them. I placed our order at 10:30am and the donuts seemed fresh to us. Delicious!
Website 2 – not customer friendly. It appears they do not want you to place online orders with less than a half a dozen donuts. I couldn’t figure out how to order 4 customized donuts so I ordered six. Extremely disappointing!
Service 2 – order was waiting for me when I arrived. They could use some training on how to great customers with big smiles and ask “Can I help you”.

Awful, AWFUL service. Will NEVER go to Duck Donuts Chesterfield again.
I have never been to Duck Donuts before. I was looking for ‘designer’ donuts to take to a business meeting. On Thursday, I placed an online order for a dozen donuts for pickup up the following morning (Friday) at 8:00am, and received an email confirmation.
I arrived at 8:15am in the morning and the order was NOT ready. More so, there were 3 customers in front of me also waiting for orders that weren’t ready.
The girl working behind the counter had a crappy attitude, saying she was working by herself and didn’t have time to fill any orders and we should come back in two hours. What is the point of placing online orders if you DON’T FILL ONLINE ORDERS!
Since I had to get to a business meeting and wouldn’t be able to return for the order, I asked for a refund and she refused, saying that they don’t give refunds. That is an insane business model: order-ahead online, pay online, and then they don’t fill the order and refuse to offer a refund.
I told her three times, if you aren’t going to fill my order, then I want a refund. She replied “call the manager.” It took numerous calls to finally reach a manager and get a refund days later.
To add insult to injury, when you order online, they now have your email address and spam your email relentlessly, and they don’t have an Unsubscribe link.

Great place! Like the ‘Subway of donuts’ but the ingredients are of a higher quality.
Plan to spend some time if they are busy when you walk in. It takes a minute to do everything by hand.

So I stopped in for a cup of coffee, not a donut. I decided to have a don’t anyway since well they were so nice and had 1,000 custom options etc.
I got a plain powered donut, much to their disappointment and a plain Latte.
The coffee was good (I’m a coffee snob I admit) and the donut was delivered in a box, it was warm and well, okay really, okay.
If you like fancy custom donuts with millions of sprinkles and stuff, this place is fun, tries real hard and I’m sure a bus load of soccer kids would love this cute place on the way to a game.
Just not me, so much.

Excellent change of pace for breakfast and coffee. Doughnuts are freshly made to order. Coffees were outstanding as well. Staff could use a few more smiles but overall positive experience.
