The staff were super nice. I wish you could see the glaze more on the donuts. The kids thought the glazed donuts were plain donuts, so most didn’t get eaten. I wish they were decorated like the pictures. But they were soft and warm. These are cake donuts, so they have a different texture than regular donuts.

Absolutely amazing experience and staff. We walked in to order a dozen, they were made fresh within ten minutes and the start was incredibly sweet and helpful. We initially tried Duck Donuts in Charleston and fell in love but our experience with the staff at this location has made our experience so much better! Will be returning often!

Their donuts are different . Super soft and sweet. I got the donuts milkshake which I’ve never seen anymore else. I was a 8/10. The French toast donut with thr smores milkshake shake. I wanted to go back and buy a dozen donuts but I knew my teeth wouldn’t be any more good lol.

I went here with my daughter last Sunday and I ordered a box of maple bacon donuts and my daughter told me that one of the employees named addison (her classmate) took a photo of her and posted it on her social media account making fun of her weight and her appearance (presumably on the clock). Is this the kind of workers that duck donuts continues to employ? This is VERY disappointing and repulsing. I WILL NOT be going back to this establishment again!! If I could give it 0 stars then I would!

What a great donut spot! From someone who used to live closer to East Memphis that is now on the west side, it’s been tough trying to find a suitable donut shop. That search is over! Check out Ducks donuts. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the donuts are delicious and they have lots of options. They made the donuts fresh while I waited for only a couple of minutes. If you call ahead and give them a 5 to 10 minute heads up, they also offer curbside service or you can grab your hot donuts and be back on the road.
Try their coffee and iced coffee as well, you will be happy.

The donuts are made to order, they are fresh out of the fryer and topped when you order. The have regular menu donuts and then seasonal and specialty donuts. The owner was very friendly. Since they make them fresh to order, there is no worry about running out of the donuts you want.

They’re closed, don’t expect to receive any communication or fresh donuts today 01/24/25. I understand there’s a snowstorm, but I confirmed with the owner and several other employees multiple times that they’d be open for at least a few hours today. Today is my grandson’s birthday and my daughter-in-law and I risked our safety to deliver him fresh birthday donuts. I came home empty handed to some very frustrated family members and a disappointed birthday boy. And they posted on their Facebook an hour ago advertising their donuts as if to rub it in our faces! Absolutely ridiculous, do better!

This was our first visit to duck duck donuts in Collierville, and it is a bright and cheery stop. Really like the atmosphere and the colors. They even have a little area for kids to watch the donuts being made. Very welcoming environment. The service was prompt though it does take a few minutes to cook the donuts because they are made to order. There is the option to order online as well. The donuts themselves are more of a cake fried batter and are quite tasty. One employee was sitting on the front counter and that is the only reason I didn’t give five stars and personally I’m more of a Krispy Kreme type of donut fan, but these were very good..

My husband and I havent had Duck Donuts in years when we lived on the east coast and then we found out there was one near us in Memphis. We were so excited because these are the best donuts! They’re so warm, made to order, and there are a ton of options to make the donut your way.
