I havnt had duck donuts in such a long time I was so excited until I opened the box to find that my donuts were not up to par and for some reason the icing was so gritty like sand texture and from what I remember unfortunately I know their donut recipe changed what a bummer 🙁

I love this shop. I have been there many times. The donuts are always fresh and made to order. Today I got the spooky box. Nobody likes coconut in our house so we substituted one donut out and it was no problem at all. Customer service was great. The girl at the counter was friendly. She made the donuts quickly. The donuts are delicious as always! Return customer and will return in the future

Love the donuts, selection, and the customer service! On my last visit ( October 15th) I noticed the donuts were all but half the normal size. Potentially equivalent to 4 munchkins. The price didn’t change, just the size. I hope this was a fluke and not the new norm. Usually love the weekend trips there with the fam. Disappointed
Edit: I was back a few months later, and the donuts were the normal size again. Just keeping everyone honest. I appreciate the reply back, but no need for free donuts. I like to give honest reviews.

Every time I go there, the donuts are of consistant amazing quality. I took them into work for my team, some of whom has never heard of D.D. and they immediately fell in love. Within 5 minutes of putting them down, they were being eaten quicker than I could get a picture. I forgot to add that it only took 10 minutes to get 2 dozen donuts made without calling ahead! (This was also 7:30 am)

These are genuinely the best donuts I’ve ever had! When they’re hot and fresh they’re so good. I don’t like dense donuts but these are light and fluffy. The workers are also so good at decorating them. As you can see in the photos I posted they put so much toppings on! And they have an app where you can decorate your own! I don’t really like the app because it’s not very intuitive but none the less it’s still great and you can use it to pick up your donuts

First time visit needed a sweet fix after lunch…I had to try a boo berry (blueberry glaze with powdered sugar) with an oj, the wife “the boardwalk” (oreo, vanilla icing, powdered sugar) with a strawberries and cream milkshake. Definitely will be returning in the future.
