I have only been here two times first time was great!!!! Next was today 2/26/26 called my order in and was going to pick them up at 10:45 went in, only one older gal on her cell phone, finally came and asked if I needed anything, I said I am here to pick up my order, she asked my name and she couldn’t find it…. Proceeded with her call….. then she said oh there it is someone is working on it she will be right back…… I said well I still need to pay for my donuts plus I gave her a damn tip for a pick up order…… then she continued on calling her friends on her cell phone as I am still waiting patiently for my order! Then a gentleman walked in and ordered 2?more dozens to go mind you mine are not even done…. She puts him on hold saying I need to get her s finished, again other customers kept coming in and she was so flustered got my order wrong through donuts in the garbage and the girl who was making my order never came back!!!! This is no way to run a donut shop! Or any business! She made the last ones so messy! Because she would rather talk on her damn cell phone!

Love the selection of Donuts! Best donuts my wife and I have had in a bit and the fact they’re fresh and topped to order makes them that much better. Ordering was easy, the Blueberry Pancake is wonderful. Highly recommend these donuts to all.

Duck donuts is so much better than anyone else, the staff was the kindest I’ve seen. They messed up our order which was complety our fault but they refunded the drink and we got 2 ducks for free! And we got to keep the drink. Thank you Duck donuts!

My first visit during my PA trip we went to duck donuts this place does not disappoint they have an assortment of donuts array of coffee and breakfast sandwiches and this place is absolutely amazing you got to go check it out. Shark week themed donuts and fun for the whole family to enjoy, they are also wheelchair accessible!

Wonderful staff! When I asked what the most popular doughnut were we went for it with from the Boardwalk to the Bacon in the sun this was an outstanding experience. The coffee was a lifesaver after the most horrible hotel coffee.

This was SO good. I had never been to a Duck Donuts before and knew I had to try out it…stopped in and ordered a ton of stuff and it was all fantastic!!! Everything was made fresh and served warm, so many amazing donut flavors and combos, the drinks were amazing as well- such a nice atmosphere in there and it also was not expensive at all! Totally recommend!

I almost never leave reviews, but owners need to train staff better and/or have more staff. And they need a little sense of urgency. I literally waited 30 mins for a milk shake. The poor workers were frazzled, getting orders wrong, crying and wiping their faces while continuing to prepare orders . Also 2 of our 6 donuts were significantly smaller than the others, but we didn’t complain because they were already overwhelmed. They need more help!

I had a really disappointing experience at Duck Donuts. The person who seemed to be in charge was extremely rude not only to customers, but also to the employees. The workers looked very young, and at one point some of them were visibly upset and crying during their shift because she kept yelling at them. It was uncomfortable to witness.
While this was happening, she wasn’t helping the team at all and was even telling workers to leave. I waited over an hour for my food and drinks. When I finally received my order, the donuts were cold. When I tried to address the issue, she was on the phone in the back, and I ended up waiting even longer while the young employees scrambled to fix everything on their own.
This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a donut shop. I rarely leave reviews, but this was a 1 out of 10. Management seriously needs to step in and address how this location is being run. Based on how the employees were treated, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Just ordered a single cinnamon donut. Was warm and so good. Staff was friendly service fast. Just as fast as most fast food. Wish I would have had more time to look around. Oh well. I enjoyed my visit. I look forward to the next one and of course recommend to whoever may happen to read this.
