Went here with my boys for a special treat dinner. We got the 2 hot dogs with the works for $5, 2 large fries ($5 each) and a 21 piece boneless Buffalo wing ($12). Add in a few water cups and extra sauces ($1.60 each!) And total was approximately $35. Just to say, fast food is pricey these days! However the hot dogs were great, the wings were really good and the fries are super crispy and delicious. I also LOVE the house dressing which goes great with the fries. The boys already asked if we can come back again next week!

Order two hot dogs with ketchup bacon and chili, my two hotdogs had no bacon or chili, they made sure to charge me for everything but did not put it on the hotdogs. I left to go back to work 20 minutes away. I called and spoke with a manger who said there system does not allow refunds over the phone. The manager even told me she knew there was no chili on my order which sounds like they knew all along they short changed my order. Its 2025 how can you not complete a refund for a customer who was charged for a product they did not receive. If you value your money think twice because when they mess up they wont help.

First visit since we left almost 20 years ago. Clean, great service and the breakfast sandwiches were just as good as back in the day! It can be a little tight if busy, but the food is always worth it. Duchess is one of the things missed most when you move away. Duchess is on the must visit list when we are able to visit!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Used to come here everyday for my regular bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. Had an issue about a month ago that went on for a long time where I was paying for extra bacon but only receiving two strips. At the Ansonia location I don’t even have to ask for extra bacon they just throw it on. I let that slide. Today my fiancé went and got the same sandwich we always get, a bacon egg and cheese & to our surprise there was onions in the sandwich. She is highly highly allergic to onions and had to go to the urgent care. I went and spoke to Kate (the manager) Due to the situation I’d say it’s safe to say that they are dealing with lots of cross-contamination. I contacted corporate yet no one has gotten back to me yet just fair warning if you have any allergies don’t go here. I work in a restaurant & If the tables were turned i would’ve reacted differently then the manager Kate. I used to love going here but I will never ever buy anything from this location ever again. Might as well close this location and open up a Chick-fil-A.

Love this location. Made my breakfast and my family was so happy. For a last minute thing the food is outstanding. I’ve been to restaurants that have made me wait over an hour just to get food. The best part is they definitely know that food service is done with gloves not direct hand contact. Thank you guys!
