They can’t seem to get an order right and when they do ultimately mess it up they do nothing to make it right, not even an apology, can’t even reach out to them on the phone. They clearly don’t care about their customers. The only thing they got going on for themselves is that they offer breakfast all day. Never going back there again. The people are garbage, the food is garbage, and as a fast food restaurant they are the worst!

This Duchess branch gave me the worst, soggiest, rubbery grilled chicken sandwich that I have ever had the displeasure of ordering through their drive thru. The beyond burger I ordered from them was undercooked and a mess as well. Money poorly spent, still hungry, and deeply disappointed!!! Unfortunately when I tried to call to see if I could be reimbursed, no answer.
One day later, and I went to see the manager and he apologized thoroughly and reimbursed me. But I probably will not order from there again.

Ordered with Door Dash so they are too responsible but they told driver drink was in bag. Drink, onion rings and potatoes were missing. This is not the first time they have forgotten several items. Will not order from them again.

At 1:23pm order number 284 at drive through I saw cameras present please watch them. Woman worker asked me to park there was a car parked already in front of me I said where & she said behind them stupid. I asked for the manager she laughed said of course manager said he would handle it. I went inside to get my money back & worked began yelling again & manager said I had it handled you didn’t have to come in to fight. I never went to fight said I was going to fight said a bad word or anything. This visited waisted my time & insulted me both the worker and manager were very disrespectful I was refunded my $36.43 no one apologized or tried to make this right .
