I am beyond upset about my recent experience with Chick-fil-A. I ordered a drink through Uber Eats, and after I FINISHED the drink, I discovered a bug inside the cup. Yes — a bug. By that point, I had already consumed the entire drink. Food safety should be a top priority. Finding an insect in a drink shows a major failure in quality control and cleanliness. I truly hope this location takes this seriously and makes immediate changes, because no one should have to experience this.

Jas helped us out at the counter and she was so sweet and patient! My brother has celiac and asked her what sauce he can have and she printed the ingredient lists and reviewed them with him. She was so kind and caring and we did’nt feel like a burden ordering. She truly helped us with a smile on her face!
The only downside to this Chic-Fil-A is there’s no cheese sauce.

I eat at a Chick-fil-A at least once a week. This location was ina Mall, which I eaten at them in other Malls. It started out bad with where to go to order. There was a lady maybe in charge that was abrasive with her customer service skills. Then the girl taking our order didn’t get it right. I got fries and I wanted Mac n cheese, the teas were wrong and she asked twice about them. She asked about condiments and we told her 1 mayo and 1 ranch. We got 4 mayo, 2 ranch and 2 honey mustard. Waste of money .The food was not hot either .WOW….if we are standing in a line 20′ from the counter why not take our order there like drive thru then step to the counter for pickup. This was our first bad experience at a Chick-fil-A, good thing we don’t live close to this one.

A little disappointed at this location. I ordered a 30 piece nugget meal and was told “Nope, we’re not serving that at this time.” However… they accepted my order for two 12 pieces (one combo one not). Seems like a scam at this location. The cashier was friendly about telling me to order less for more though. Swindled with a smile is what I call it. The order was made correctly and was good. I gave the Atmosphere a 3 star because its a mall, not a 5 star Michelin star establishment.

This is the perfect spot for a quick bite. The staff is consistently excellent—warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. It’s honestly the best service I’ve experienced in the fast-food industry. Prices are very reasonable, and the food is about as good as it gets for a fast-food place. Totally worth trying.

Military does not get a discount unlike every other Chick-fil-A I’ve eaten at. The employee was very apologetic and said she didn’t know why the owner refuses to honor our service men and women.

Very very disappointed. Spent 38 dollars on a 30 piece nugget, large Mac and cheese and 2 drinks… got to the pick up and they were out of Mac and cheese, oh well I knew they were some what close to closing. So they gave us some extra waffle fries. Got home opened the box of nuggets and they’re slimy and gross, the fries are cold and are drinks are small.

I ordered $45 of food for delivery and my child didn’t receive his meal. The delivery driver hung up on me and blocked my number and the store doesn’t answer the phone. Very disappointing. We will not be returning.

Parked in my curbside spot as prompted to do so and entered the spot number. Finally asked about my order after waiting a while a receiving the notification that my order was ready and would be brought out. The employee bringing meals to the cars along with manager said the meal had already been picked up and that I placed a mobile pick up order. I explained to them no I did not- everything including my receipt in the app along with notifications clearly state this is curbside. Instead of owning up to some sort of mix-up or mistake or anything they continued to blame me for my meal taking 30 minutes to finally receive. The food was still great but I hate that they continued to make me feel like this was all my fault when I CLEARLY placed a curbside order. They just said well yeah your meal was ready a while ago but it was a carry out and someone else picked it up. When I showed them all the notifications and my receipt shoulders were shrugged and they finally took my order from my car and gave it to me.
