Okay – this is one of the BEST neighborhood restaurants in Wauwatosa. I mean everything from being greeted when you walk in to being acknowledged as you walking out the door is absolutely priceless. We went on the night they were playing BINGO which brought all the primary bingo players out. It was a dope thing to see. Now for the food . . . Mmm mm good! We had the freshie salad which included mixed greens, candied pecans, dried cranberries, goat cheese and lemon honey vinaigrette; bbq chicken wings; pesto fries with Parmesan and crispy Brussel sprouts. Their food was sooooo good. The atmosphere was soooo inviting. The experience was soooo dynamic. Y’all gotta go like NOW!!! Enjoy . . .

It pains me to say this, but the recent chances at DC are terrible. They used to have an expansive menu with lots of options, but they have cut back the menu to only make your own burgers and apps. We come here very frequently and are already missing the Tate burger, the salad options, and the sweet chili sauce for the wings. Also if there’s no brunch anymore, I will be rioting in the streets We love it here, but are sad to say that we will be coming here less if these changes are permanent.
We also had very overcooked bacon on the burgers, not given silverware when we asked for it, and were given overly salted tots when we ordered fries. I do want to say that the bartenders here are great and don’t fault them at all.

Fun kitschy bar with good food and drinks. I love the poutine here… it’s a no-frills style that reminds me of Canada.

Great little dive bar in the middle of a nice little section of town. People are nice. Servers, bartender is nice and attentive. Food looks great.. they had some get together at the back of the bar with a buffet setup. For a personal party.. there accommodating for there guest.. Sunday all day happy hour.. definitely a place to check out for a good meal and drinks…

Stopped in for a few drinks and a quick bite to eat. The bartender was very disengaged and was very inattentive during my visit. She was constantly on her phone and didn’t anticipate any of my needs. I constantly had to wave her down to get drinks. It was a bad service experience overall.
The Tait burger and nachos I got there were well prepared and tasted good though. The atmosphere was also fun and festive. I may check out again in hopes of better service.

Im glad it’s here! Seems like menu change complaints from a few months ago were at least partially fixed cuz I saw brunch on the menu and I ate the Tait burger. Fries need help and chicken tenders were cut wrong, but had a delicious breading.

First time coming here and when you walk in the bartender gets you with a smile and warm welcome. I had the nachos which were great. The toppings weren’t just on top they were all throughout. My girl had the burger and she liked it. The cobra sauce is a must.

First time and last. Waited so long for food, considering there was no one ordering food that were sitting at the bar or tables, from the time it was ordered until food was brought to table. Ordered “impossible burger” with lettuce, onion, pickle, cheese. Burger came with no lettuce and pickles. When asked for lettuce, was told out of lettuce, which i thought was the weird. Menu says Burger comes with “fries and pickles (assumming dills) but no dill pickles either. Sure was an “impossible” burger! Nothing special about the burger patty, just an ordinary patty bought from store, no flavor, no seasoning. If you’re looking for quality, tasty burger, go elsewhere as burger is not the specialty. Should have been a $5.00 burger vs. $14. No refills on drinks (soda), no one came to check if needed anything. Atmosphere was nice. Cheese curd was good.

Won’t be returning. Karaoke was not the same. Definitely favoritism when it comes to the DJ knowing certain people. Claims kept happening where his system was down we kept getting skipped. We had to constantly go up and ask when we were next. Our whole group works in the service industry, so it’s not like we were those type of people. We felt neglected this time around. There was no communication. Our groups of about 15 spent a lot of money here and felt really neglected. We were vocal about it numerous times. The equipment was also not up to par.
