Wonderful dining experience! Our server Nick was attentive from start to finish. In addition to the complimentary bruschetta, he brought out bruschetta topping without the bread to accommodate my gluten sensitivity which was a nice surprise! The tuna appetizer was exceptional and the swordfish was delicious. We were a party of 4 and each enjoyed our first time visit to Drea’s. We will be back!

A cozy restaurant with exceptional dishes. Pairing mashed potatoes with shrimp was a bit of a miss, but everything else was delicious.
A couple of missteps in service (took a bit too long to get our drinks), but the staff was incredibly friendly and I assume that they are just getting used to things as they’ve been open less than two weeks.
I would highly recommend Drea’s for a romantic dinner or for a family outing.

Food was excellent, all dishes had great depth. Complementary bruschetta was a nice touch. Zucchini Ravioli was a hit. Owner came and talked to us, very personable and a wealth of experience. Great service and didn’t wait long at all (heard it was slow when the opened). Overall, great addition to Branford and must try for any restaurant fans in town.

First time dining here. Food was good. Service was good. Parking was extremely difficult. The restaurant’s cozy, but it was cold being seated by the door. Appetizers came out quickly. Complimentary bruschetta & salads were a nice touch. The highlight was the short rib risotto! Our server, Megan, was sweet but Jordan was outstanding. He’s very attentive & has a great personality. We will definitely be back when in the area.

First time here. Food was good. Everyone was very friendly. Nice atmosphere. Our server was remembered us from the original Goodfellas, he was great. Only down fall, it seemed tp take a while to get drinks. We definitely be coming back.

An absolute gem in the center of Branford. The food is delicious, presentation is beautiful, portions are perfect. The staff is top notch! The restaurant is so cozy, warm, it feels like a family dining room but elevated. There is so much parking nearby. Well done!

I’m not one to normally write reviews especially negative ones but my experience here was pretty terrible. We had a reservation on a Wednesday night for 7 people. The food took an hour and half to come out (granted they gave us a free bruschetta which was kind) but on a weeknight 1.5 hour wait for food is a little ridiculous. I ordered the zucchini ravioli which was not edible due to the insane amount of salt. I usually am one to add salt to my meal but this was so salty my mouth burned after one bite- everyone else at the table tried it and agreed. 2 people got the pesto pasta dish, their dishes looked different, one was very oily, and the pasta was very hard and very salty as well, not as salty as the ravioli. 1 person who ordered the sachitelli found a piece of paper at the bottom of her dish. The first waitress tried to say it was cheese when it was very much not cheese. The chef came out and apologized saying it was wax paper- either way we’ve all eaten out at many Italian restaurants and I can say I’ve never found wax paper in my meal. They said they would comp the dish but when the check came nothing was comped despite all of the issues. We were all so disappointed especially since Goodfellas is a very well known place. I will not come back and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

We went here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and ended up spending almost four hours — and not once did we feel rushed. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. The staff paid attention to every small detail, from changing silverware between courses to being genuinely attentive throughout the entire night.
The food was absolutely phenomenal — an easy A++. The Veal Chop Parmigiana was outstanding and truly memorable.
A special shoutout to Nick, our server, who was essential to the entire experience. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth took the night to another level.
An overall A+ experience from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be back.

Had a great dinner here last week! Lots of food for a good price. They have bruschetta, bean salad and salads that come with each entree which was delicious! I got the Sacchetti al Quatro Formaggi which is a must! My mom got the pork tenderloin and she said it was delicious! So much great food, great service. The restaurant was loud and crowded. It was a freezing night so anytime the door opened the whole restaurant got cold. Also need to find street parking as a heads up

No PARKING! The place was FREEZING! The waiter Carlos was inexperienced and confused! He couldn’t answer any questions that we had! We waited 49 minutes for a drink! Do NOT get the stuffed artichoke! We ordered 2 orders for $16.00 each ($32.00) just for the apps. They are smaller than a child’s fist. They are cut in half, and stuffed with tasteless bread with no seasonings and nothing but bread! They were HORRIBLE not to mention the worst I ever had and a definite RIP OFF! Now, for the entree! I ordered the shrimp portofino. It came with mashed potatoes. When I took a bite of the potatoes I couldn’t believe they were instant! Yes, BOXED potatoes spuds! The 3 other people I was with had dishes with mashed potatoes and they said the same thing! My Husband and I go out to dinner at least twice a week and I NEVER was served BOXED, instant mashed potatoes! Not even in a diner!!!! We will NEVER go back! Our bill for the 4 of us was $400.00! We were so disappointed, and definitely RIPPED OFF!
