We absolutely loved our food after our second visit this past Sunday, we even invited church members to join us for our to-go orders…I was very disappointed with the very, very, very (did I say VERY) LONG WAIT…I really didn’t like the fact that the young lady that was helping (just 2 people) was going back and forth to the restroom more times than I can count…(SMH)

Walk in no customers but first impressions I thought the place was being renovated or worked on didn’t look inviting . Did not have many food choices and what the staff member did show me didn’t look to pleasing so we didn’t order we left. But the staff member was very helpful polite and friendly.

Service was okay. I called in a catfish dinner and it was a 30 min wait even with very little traffic/customers. The catfish was coated with an unusual flour of some sort that didn’t look cooked or fried. Maybe it was air fried and that’s why it appeared to be uncooked? There was an unusual smell and aftertaste to to it as well.

I hate leaving negative reviews on businesses but mannnn please do not waste your money here! The food is nasty! My greens tasted old, my beans were literally out the can and cold, dressing was beyond watery and had a ton of liquid at the bottom, yams & mac n cheese were okay..cornbread was dry and had no taste to say the least. No seasoning, not soul food! I literally threw everything in the garbage. A total waste of $30.

TERRIBLE do not eat here… no gravy on the meatballs, looks nothing like the picture and refused to give me a refund once i complained and tried to give it back after eating only a piece of the meatball and luckily for them i cant post a picture of the jail food on here.

I made a order for the smothered pork chops what I got was baked pork chops with gravy that does not mean smothered also yams taste like they came out of a can collard greens had a lot of stems and no greens and my cornbread was a dinner roll I will not buy anything from you all every again
