We are not your typical ice cream shop. We specialize in amazing, specially crafted, enormous sundaes that are served to you like a full service restaurant. We are a family-owned business that believes ice cream brings delight and happiness to all! We came in this place and ordered add ice cream to share…. We were trying to be delivered to plates with balls of ice cream on them heaped over and covered in deliciousness! Customer service was super friendly and we got much more than we bargained for! Absolutely excellent and incredibly delicious!

everything was amazing with the ice cream.. but honestly the service was even better. the lady in store today was super kind, helpful & patient. she brought our ice cream out to the patio for us and made sure we had everything we needed. definitely will be coming back and thankful for such a positive experience with such kind people!

Ice cream was good, but high. Also you wait at a table with the recepit and brings the pen out with the ice cream. I get it, she wants you to see what your tipping on, but she is definitely expecting to tip well and I dont like that kind of pressure, I won’t be coming back because of that

Ordered You had a Dream sundae and it was literally just ice cream. Got charged for banana I didn’t receive. No other toppings that are stated in the menu. Just a side of pineapple. Paid almost $25 for 2lbs of ice cream.

Stopped in about 30 minutes to closing. They had run out of a couple items and their list isn’t easily explainable. However, a waffle cone with strawberry cheesecake ice cream hit the spot. The Sunday my wife got was also good and we probably could have gotten away with just the sundae between the two of us. They are in a hard spot to see and their entrance is very restrictive. Also plan on them asking you to hold off signing your receipt, this is a ploy for a tip. Should probably have a tip jar instead. Lake Wylie needed an ice cream place and the Dreamery Creamery will definitely help fill the void.

Dreamery Creamery has the most amazing sundaes! After a day in Lake Wiley, this shop was the perfect way to end our day-trip. There was something for everyone and the ice-cream was delicious. The staff was also very courteous and we got the sundaes delivered straight to our table. If you are looking for some ice-cream in the area, I can strongly recommend Dreamery Creamery!

Normally have great service. Today was the extreme exception. My wife and I walked in. Stood in line behind another lady. Stood there 10 mins and no one even a knowledged anyone was waiting. I overhead one emoyee speaking with the owner trying to give one customer a refund. She told the owner the customer was rude and she was going to kick her out. In reality the customer waited a long time for her ice cream. I knew after hearing that coupled with the fact I had been there now over 10 mins and never acknowledged, it was time to simply leave without ordering. Next time I go and see same staff working, I will probably simply leave again.

I took my family here and we enjoyed our visit. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the ice cream was delicious. Highly recommend! The grown ups split a sundae and the kids got a kids cup and a waffle cone. The serving sizes were all very generous and very good.
