We stopped by Draught Industries on our way back from upstate and hit it around peek time. I was worried that we’d be waiting for a while because it’s not a big place but decided to roll the dice because the reviews are solid. Maybe we got lucky but we found a spot to accommodate our party of three and everything from there on went as smoothly as I could have ever expected. Attentive and personal service, a wonderful beer and cocktail menu and the food … fast, fresh and flavorful. Draught Industries livea up to its well earned reputation and the next time we’re back in town, and I can’t wait until we are, it’ll be our go-to!

Excellent draft list (appropriately enough), but also surprisingly lovely cocktails! The Summer Breeze was light and refreshing with plenty of complexity of flavor – the cantaloupe-infused mezcal in there really shines. The food was also tasty, particularly the _delicious_ queso fundido. The burrito was enormous and we did not get anywhere near finishing it; it wasn’t bad, but not a standout.

This place is hidden gem! I didn’t think much of it initially but once I took a bite of the food I was blown away! Very delicious. The Tex Mex quesadilla has so much flavor, the salsa verde tastes very fresh! We also ordered the quesobirria…amazing!
