Drake’s was an incredible experience especially sitting outside at one of the fire pits watching the sunset. I had dinner and breakfast at Drake’s and enjoyed all of the items I tried. Oysters, charcuterie board, sticky ribs, gem salad, tomato bisque, beet carpacio.

Great date/night happy hour location. Views are stunning. They have happy hour (drinks only not food) Monday-Thursday. As far as luxury experiences go: the decor could be updated a little but the service and food are top notch!

This comfy, casual space serves exceptional food in generous portions with stunning views of Bodega Bay. We both had the Berkshire-Duroc Pork Chop with pear butter and king oyster mushroom bread pudding. Our server (go, Lisa!) suggested this entree, and while my husband is all about a good pork chop, it’s not usually my first choice. This one was a great surprise—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was attentive and kind, the pacing of the meal was just right, and you can’t beat that sunset !

Drake’s is a beautiful restaurant with an amazing location overlooking the ocean. Our server was very nice. There were 6 of us, 3 couples. I was looking forward to some good clam chowder, but it wasn’t on the menu. We were told you could get chowder anywhere. For the price we weren’t impressed with the food. The pork chop is huge. That was a plus but lacked flavor. Our friends liked their ribeye and halibut. I hope this was just a 1 off for us, and you find it to be amazing.

I came for brunch on Sunday and it was fantastic food. The atmosphere in the fireside lounge was very pleasant. Also they were very accommodating, I booked my reservation for outside but it was a cold morning, and Patrick found us a table inside so we would be more comfortable. Lastly i believe are servers name was Wendy or Janelli , she was very friendly and sweet to us.

Today, my family and I had the wonderful opportunity to visit this restaurant. We had reserved a table in advance for my wife and me. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism shown by both the host and our waiter. The pleasant atmosphere and the stunning view from the restaurant’s window perfectly complemented the food, which was prepared to the highest standard. A big thank you to our waiter, Thomas, for his high level of professionalism and knowledge of the menu.
All the food was served sequentially and on time, allowing us to enjoy each dish. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view from the window while tasting the delicious dishes prepared for us. We sincerely recommend that you visit this restaurant at least once if you are in the area. Best wishes to everyone.

I LOVED this spot! I went here on my first night during my solo stay in BB & am so glad I did. There was a fire pit outside & a fireplace inside (the latter of which I don’t think was lit) both of which made for a cozy ambiance. Initially I chose a booth under a very bright light which was not the move, but for dessert I moved to a dark corner table surrounded by windows where I welcomed the incoming fog & rain that brought me to the coast in the first place. There were lots of options for cute, cozy tables, & the bar area had a few high-tops, as well.
The food & drinks were such a treat. I had the Spice Merchant cocktail, which was a server recommendation that had absinthe, it was one of the most delightful drinks I’ve ever tasted. For my starter I had the charcuterie board which was worth every penny, but my halibut entree was indescribably delicious. I practically licked the plate! & for dessert I ordered a scoop of espresso gelato with an espresso martini. The gelato was org**mic – just the best flavor… definitely homemade (if not, they could’ve fooled me!). The martini was hella strong, well worth the money, & if I wasn’t driving I would’ve utilized that as a FMU.
Lastly, but not leastly, the service was PHENOMENAL. The dining room was fairly full with diners & drinkers, but the only server there that night – I wish I asked her name – made me feel seen & heard. She checked on me frequently, we chatted a bit, & she certainly made the experience memorable. She was a rockstar & SO friendly with everyone at each table. (For management reading this, I was there this Tuesday, she had dark hair & tattoos – give her a bonus!)

Had an awesome time by the fireplace with my son. The staff was super friendly, the service was great, and the food was delicious. My 5-year-old even loved the zucchini soup — and that says a lot! Cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a night out.
