I visited the Dragon Villa restaurant in Lincoln RI today with some friends. I’m actually sitting here writing this review. I Ordered a lunch plate of fried rice, shrimp with lobster sauce, and an egg roll, with a side of boneless spareribs. As I was eating my rice, I felt a funny object in my mouth, it was a 6”gray piece of human hair, I spit it out immediately. I didn’t order hair with my plate. I told the waitress who nonchalantly asked me did I want another plate, without a care in the world. Only a fool would eat another plate in that dirty establishment. I told her absolutely not. I asked another worker who the owner was, he said her name was Sue. I asked him may I please speak to her, he said she’s never here. Maybe that’s why this establishment and service is the bottom of the barrel. I never received an apology from these people or anything, to rectify me chewing a long piece of gray hair in my food. I know how to rectify this situation Sue, tell your damn cooks to wear a hair net or a hat in the kitchen when cooking food. I was thinking maybe the hair was a blessing in disguise, keeping me from eating that nasty food,

Giving 5 stars for nostalgia as I was a regular here for 30+ years. My friends and I would always hit up the bar for half off apps every night, there would always be 30 of us in the bar at any given time. Everyone in my family would get trays of food from Dragon Villa for parties, we even had my best friends baby shower here! We LOVE Donna! Sadly, ever since Mike left it hasn’t been the same. The food, the experience, just everything overall is a flop. Salty, Greasy and unfriendly, hopefully they get it together it would be so sad to see them close after all of these years. I know a ton of locals who also stopped coming here for these same reasons. Here’s to hoping.

After not having been here for over 20 years, I figured I would stop in. I used to love their food years ago. Pulled into parking lot and loved the smell of the food coming out of the restaurant. Walked in to get a seat at the bar and the door is locked. This is a weekend afternoon…did they lose their liquor license? Anyway, I continued down the hall and saw a couple of workers walking around and cleaning off tables and they basically ignored me as I stood there. I walked out and went to Mon Kou…who has very good food, if not a bit expensive.

Took my wife, daughter and her family to one of my 2 favorite Chinese restaurants today, Dragon Villa in Lincoln. When we entered the hostess behind the desk rolled her eyes as if she were annoyed. We were the greeted by a man who worked there who told us “no room for 7, no tables. I could clearly see plenty of open tables. Then he said there was only one waitress and the wait would very long. He was exceptionally rude and made it clear he wanted us to leave. We have been there many times but we will not return and encourage anyone else to stay away. I was very disappointed and disgusted.

Dined in, great food! Nice place, renovations would be nice. Ordered a drink but unfortunately it was extremely strong to the point I couldn’t drink to the end :/.
