We ordered takeout and went with the House Special Lo Mein (the combo with multiple proteins), a Chicken Lo Mein, and an order of fried dumplings. I asked if the veggies on the House Special could be put on the side, and they actually called to let me know they couldn’t do that and asked if I still wanted them included or left off completely. I appreciated that they took the time to check instead of just guessing.
The dumplings were really good, and the dipping sauce that came with them was great too. Both Lo Mein dishes had nice flavor, and the noodles themselves were cooked perfectly, good texture and not overdone.
That said, we were both pretty disappointed with the amount of protein. The Chicken Lo Mein looked like it had maybe two tablespoons of chicken total. The House Special had about five very small shrimp and roughly two tablespoons of pork, and I honestly couldn’t even tell what the third meat was supposed to be… if it was there at all, it wasn’t noticeable.
So while the flavor was solid, for the price and the amount of protein, it felt like we mostly paid for noodles, which was pretty disappointing. On the positive side, the customer service was great, even for a takeout order.

I have been a regular here for many years, and it has always been a place I look forward to coming back to. I like to pop in quite often, and I take my family out to lunch here because the food is reliable, and comfortable and welcoming atmosphere!
The food has always been very good whether dining in or ordering to go, which is another reason this has become one of our go-to spots.
I came alone on the 29th at around 12 for lunch, and the service was excellent. The young man that assisted me was polite, attentive, and professional, making sure everything was taken care of as speedily and efficiently as possible.
Experiences like this are reasons why I continued to support this place. Consistent food, good service, and a staff proud of what they did kept me coming back. I will definitely continue to recommend and support them.

Absolutely loved dining at Dragon Gourmet! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-notch. The food was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. The service truly stood out—huge shoutout to our server Leo, who was fantastic, friendly, and very attentive. He made sure everything was perfect and really went above and beyond. This was an all-around amazing dining experience, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

Stopped here on the way from a Dr appointment in the area, as I’ve been craving Chinese lately. It didn’t disappoint
We ate inside, and didn’t wait long for the food. It was hot and fresh. When they brought it to the table, it smelled so good, and was very delicious! I’m looking forward to eating the leftovers tomorrow!
Maybe someday we’ll come back and try the lunch buffet, as we’d just missed it.

Delicious, easy to order, and great prices! The takeout process was simple, and the food tasted great. The Beef Lo Mein and Sesame Chicken were great, and I’m looking forward to trying a lot more!

I’ve been coming here for years. My wife is from Qingdao and we make it a point to support Chinese owned businesses. We eat here regularly and I also bring my employees here for lunch. Today I stopped in by myself to grab a late lunch. It was mostly empty being New Year’s Day and 1pm. I seated myself at one of the many empty booths. A young man came to take my drink order and very loudly explained to me that I wasn’t allowed to sit in a booth if I was by myself. He then told me that he will allow it this once but not in the future. It was very rude and embarrassing and completely unnecessary seeing that there was only one a few other customers in the restaurant. I apologized and told him I would be willing to move. I relocated myself to a booth at Cousins next door. He wished me Happy New year as I walked out. I hope they do well but I myself won’t be back.

Went to eat dinner at Dragon Gourmet in Grafton tonight. Wanted their crab rangoon (which is so good). The guy who waited on us said they didn’t have any appetizers, which included the crab rangoon. (Was NOT apologetic.)
I had mentioned that was a bummer as I drove there from west bend specifically for that. The guy then said they don’t have crab rangoon for dine in. In which I replied “what’s the difference? So if I called in an order to go you’d make it but not because we dined in?” In which he then said “oh well we just don’t have any”.
LIAR.
I told my sister about this (we work in the restaurant world and it was just not making sense). So she called and asked if she could place a to go order and asked for crab rangoon. In which the lady on the phone told her “absolutely”.
So why couldn’t we order something to dine in that someone else could order to go? You’re making it the same way for a to go as dine in. You’re making money off of it as a business.
Love to come here but tonight was very disappointed.

Every single visit to this restaurant has been a truly exceptional experience. The food is consistently mouthwatering, with every dish bursting with flavor and made to perfection. But what truly sets this place apart is the level of care and attention the staff gives to each and every guest. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth, and they always go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is flawless. The staff is attentive, thoughtful, and makes sure that you’re taken care of without ever rushing you, no matter how busy it gets. The restaurant is always fully stocked, and they proactively communicate if anything is unavailable, which is done with sincere apologies and a helpful alternative. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, making you feel like a valued guest from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place that nails both incredible food and top-tier service—this one definitely does, and it’s our go-to spot for an unforgettable dining experience every time.

Sweet and sour chicken (order to go) has always been excellent, but this time, some chicken pieces were very chewy, and we couldn’t finish. We threw out about half of this order. We will try ordering again. Hopefully, it will be better next time. We have been ordering here for years, and the quality has always been good.
