My family has ordered takeout from Dragon Cuisine before and as of today we found hair in the food. I called to speak with someone but they have a third party that takes the orders. I was told to come back to the store to get a new meal to replace the one that had hair in it. I asked could they deliver it instead and I was told I would get a call back. Never received a call back so I call the third party number listed again and they told me that it was coming to my house and I told them I wanted a refund instead. I still have not heard back from them and I am waiting on a refund. We will NEVER be ordering again from Dragon Cuisine on 4th and Market street Wilmington DE.

Customer service was horrible. The African American lady at the front is the only one that greeted us nicely also The food wasn’t fresh. The poultry (meat) had a old taste *it wasn’t as fresh as it should be this place is overly hyped by the Wilmington community and not to add they were a little bit on the expensive side to me I feel like the smaller local Chinese stores on the corner are wayyy better save yourself a trip

Update… Im not sure what changed but for my past 3-4 orders, I have been disgusted. I last ordered magnolian beef and it was soooooo dry!!!! Literally NO SAUCE. The time before that I ordered beef lo mein and it was literally 3 pieces of beef in my lo mein. After years of going here, I am done.

Worst chinese food I’ve ever had. The fried rice wasn’t fried and had no egg or flavor. It was cooked white rice with soy sauce for flavor. My lo mein was dry and I have no idea how you accomplish that. It was my first time ordering from there and my last as well. So mad I wasted my money. I should have just gotten KFC like I was going to do.
