Food was good but the service was not. We ordered on Christmas Day. Now don’t get me wrong I know places get busy and I’ve worked in restaurants before. However, I also know that if my restaurant were to misquote someone a time frame for delivery and/ or keep saying the delivery person is almost there, we would’ve given a better deal than what was offered. I was Quoted 60-70 mins, after waiting that time plus another 30 mins on top of it (90-100mins) I finally called and asked about the food. I was Informed that the driver was in my area and about 2-3 mins away. Okay cool. Another 25 mins goes by and we are now hitting the 2 hour mark so I call again. Apparently they are just now finishing the food and send someone to deliver it saying another 30 mins or so. At this rate I’m upset and I explain that. I’m then informed that they will give me two orders of crab rangoon‘s. I’m allergic to crab and others in the home don’t eat seafood. I explain this only to be told the most the OWNER can do for me is give me 5$ off of my next order. I asked the guy if he was joking because we are are well over two hour by now. Had they quoted us the 2 1/2 hours it took I would’ve either been fine with it or just ordered elsewhere. Won’t make that mistake again. Only reason I gave two stars is because the food was good, just not the service.

The food at dragon city is SO good! I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with a side of potstickers and I am very pleased with the presentation of the food along with the flavor! This restaurant is definitely gonna be a staple in our household ，I 10/10 recommend this place for lunch or dinner!

The employee is rude and very unprofessional. I asked for my broccoli to be put on the side instead of with my chicken and she refused to. Then she said if I want it on the side it would cost $4.75. Rude! The food is good which is why I drove here. I have ordered on Uber Eats many times and they always put my broccoli on the side but in person they would not and again wanted to charge me $4.75. I decided to drive here instead for the first time and the place is very unorganized and the employees very rude. Also, which I found really surprising is that for the same food as I always order on the Uber Eats app cost $10.00 more in person. That’s very unusual because the Uber Eats prices are normally higher. Plus, the do surge pricing which means depending on the day or time their prices change. Though I will say the food has always been good, but, be because of the in person service I received I’m never coming back to this business again. Just very nasty and rude employees. What happened to customer service because it seems to not exist anywhere anymore.

Second time ordering first time food was hot and flavorful but forgot my 4 drinks . Orders for the second time tonight food was barley warm didn’t receive proper order sent picture to manager says they forgot to put sesame seed and the extra broccoli but wanted me to eat it anyways and made excuses to why I couldn’t receive what I paid for . One star if that .. poor service and food was not hot or prepared as ordered.. also second time ordering today chicken looks over cooked extremely hard

I’m going to be completely honest I’ll never come to this Dragon city again. It’s very disappointing to have your mouth fixed for this type of food and to get all the way home to a meal that was hot and ready but ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING to eat! The meal was not edible whatsoever….. PLEASE READ all these reviews before you go to this restaurant and waste your time and money for an absolute disappointment! The food made it back into the bag it was put in!

I wouldn’t give this place no stars! This place is nasty and unsanitary and unsafe. First off nobody is washing hands or wearing gloves, but yall eating from this place! They lady’s thats taking orders and cooking at the same time didn’t wash hands or wearing gloves! I ask for me money back because I was over charged and the restaurant was unsanitary and the employees was to, including her. She refused to give me my money, talked very nasty and disrespectful to me because I wanted a refund so, I had to call the police to get my refund! If you’re eating here, you’re killing yourself slowly with all kinds of bacteria and viruses due to, unsanitary restaurants!

This might be the worst Chinese we’ve ever had. They forgot to put the sauce in the bag for sweet-sour chicken. The egg rolls were greasy. The hot and sour soup tastes like some sort of bbq beef soup, and the sczechuan shrimp looks and tastes like it’s made with a BBQ/ tomato sauce base. IT IS HORRIBLE.

My wife and I ordered takeout from here twice. The flavor mixes are different than any other Asian restaurant we’ve ever tried and Asian is one of our favorite cuisines. The pork egg foo young was good and the egg patties were very typical. The gravy tasted of curry but was good. The lo mein was good. The hot and sour soup was good but not very sour, more like a spicy beef soup, but it was good, just not what we were expecting. We’d get any of those again. The Szechuan chicken was very different. The sauce was very thick and tomato based. I don’t know if this was a one off for that night but I would definitely not order that again.

Absolutely the WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had. Crab Rangoon was burnt with hardly any cream cheese filling, schezwan veggies were more like vegetables cooked in sweet and sour sauce, so the sauce was thick, jellylike, and tasted nothing like schezwan. Hot and sour soup was not spicy or sour- more like thickened water with a pinch of beef bouillon. I will never order from here again… and next time I will take the time to read reviews prior to ordering from any restaurant. I cannot believe how bad this food was. I don’t like wasting food, but this all went in the trash. Even the rice was bad!
