Ive never in my life lived so far away from decend chinese food. So i drove 30min hoping Fernley could keep it under an hour drive. The food is cooked well. Its not too greasy and not too dry. Few cold spots and raw onions can be overlooked. BUT, the flavors are at best… Muted. Nonexistent. Not a single flat/fermented bean in the Chow Fun. There was by asian standards, no flavor in either of the dishes i ordered. Is the water bad in Fernley? Even my ice water was kinda… Off? If my food just had all the missing flavors, it would be 4 stars minimum.

Fantastic meals, easily spent over a $100 on 4 different meals for lunch and dinner. Yes lunch was that good I had to come back for supper!!! And with such giant portions I was in a food coma for the rest of the evening!! And their outdoor seating is absolutely heavenly!!!

Best Chinese food restaurant in Fernley. They are always so friendly and welcoming whenever I come in and the food is always on point. Good sized portions for your money. Definitely recommend giving them a try, Guarantee you won’t be disappointed. 5/5 stars

If you’re in Fernley and craving some solid Chinese food, Dragon City is the spot. I had the lunch special with orange chicken and egg flour soup, and it was incredible.
The egg flour soup was smooth, comforting, and just the right amount of savory, exactly what you want to start a meal. But the real star was the orange chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in a perfectly balanced sauce, not too sweet, not too sticky, just straight up delicious. Every bite hit the spot.
The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and overall, it was a meal worth coming back for. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

Tried Dragon City for the first time about 5 weeks ago and have eaten there about 4 times since. They have not only the best Chinese food in Fernley, but the best Chinese food I and my family have eaten anywhere.
They offer several dinner/combo items to choose from, and also have lots of a-la-carte items.
Their food is always served fresh, hot and lots of it… always tasty. On top of that service is good and their prices are quite reasonable.
This place is a little treasure in Fernley… I will continue going there often and highly recommend them to anyone!
