Order chicken and broccoli combination dinner they use some kind of barbecue sauce and so the traditional brown sauce had sent it back for a replacement, and they sent me back the same thing being completely unsatisfied. The food tasted disgusting. They refuse to make good on my order, they did not refund my money. They did not offer in return when I asked just to have the remaining difference of the combination dinner with crab Rangoon‘s, and they refused, they do not list on their menu as they say that they use a different kind of sauce for the chicken and broccoli so when you’re ordering it, you are under the substance that it’s under the brown sauce like everywhere else I will never order any food from ever again and I will continue to review them the rice it’s not even Chinese fried rice. It’s some kind of rice. It looks like it’s been sitting there for three days. It’s really dark. It doesn’t look. It looks dry. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t care about their customers. They knew they were wrong when they said the second one out, they knew it was the same thing, but they didn’t care.

Didn’t even go in. Placed an order for pickup, but when I got here….I thought the building was abandoned. It’s overgrown and looks like a dumpsite. There’s a pile of tires in the parking lot and a literal car bumper, among a bunch of other trash. There is a small “open” sign in the window which was pretty much the only indication it wasn’t abandoned…but I took myself down the road to China Cottage instead because I cannot imagine a place that looks like that serves good food.

I’m only giving this place one star because I can’t give it zero stars. The outside looks like it should have been closed some time ago and the inside looks like they don’t care anymore. They have moved their storage to the old dining area. I ordered the beef and broccoli and the only thing that was edible was the broccoli. The rice tasted like it had been sitting in a box for days and the beef tasted like it was rehydrated jerky. This is sad because this used to be my favorite Chinese spot like 10 years ago. That was $8.25 and 10 minutes wasted.

I placed an order had it delivered, the crab Rangoon was greasy and cold. The general Tso chicken was tasteless no flavor as compared to other Chinese food the sweet and sour chicken was the same . They did not deliver the 2 liter drink they lead me to believe they were going to deliver it, after several calls the “manager” told me there was nothing they could do I could either pick it up (after telling him I was unable to drive due to having a stroke) he continued to repeat himself.I called in to see if my son could pick it up the lady said that would be fine, when my son arrived an older man was very disrespectful and angry stating that they refunded me for the sprite. I called to speak to the older man and was hung up on several times! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN,EVER! The DISRESPECT IS UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention the snow and temperatures are crazy. To have my son go after being told it was ok only to be disrespected is crazy! I feel sorry for that place and I’m glad I’m not the old me!

The chicken fried rice was absolutely disgusting, overcooked, and not even sure if there was chicken included in it. The Chow Mein shrimp only came with the vegetables, not noodles.

This was the first time I had ever ordered for from there. It awful the food tasted nasty and had after taste. I will never order from there again. Did not ask for a refund. Because I know I would get it.
