My coworkers and I ordered food from Craves around 12:00 P.M. for lunch ,waited for fifty five minutes. Asked the young lady with red curly hair if our order was ready, she stated no and I don’t know how long it will take for it to be ready and proceeded to walk away and gave an attitude. We have never had any problems until now. We are super disappointed and to top it off we did not even get to eat lunch.

Super disappointed 🙁 nothing is worse than wasting money on food ugh ! Ordered chicken birria egg rolls and they were so PLAIN !!! No flavor whatsoever I was like looking for some seasoning cuz hello it’s “Birria” there should have been tons of flavor but nope not even the “consomé” had flavor nor seasoning it tasted like some damn chicken broth only. 0/10 never ordering again

Phenomenal food, the beef birria egg rolls were crispy and still perfectly cooked on the inside. The broth accompanied by the chipotle mayo paired wonderfully. The tropical tacos absolutely bursting with flavour, the pork was juicy and full of flavour!

Place is super under marketed, but the food was DELICIOUS!!! Worth the value. Food was fresh and tasty. From the corn salsa dip, to the birria tacos to the fresh mango passion fruit lemonade pouch. I recommend a visit if you like Mexican. Menu has a variety of other options as well.

I’ve been a vegan for about 6 years and was excited to try the jackfruit birria taco for the first time at Crave Holyoke. So I clearly order and pay for the Jackfruit birria taco meal when i get there but instead i get a few dry tasteless jackfruit and vegan cheese tacos without the birria sauce. I go back requesting the birria sauce I paid for only to be told they did not have any and gave me a refund for the sauce only and not the tacos. So I was left with the worst tacos ever, I mean taco bell would of been more satisfying. I simply went home and made my own from scratch like their supposed to be done. (The first pic is of my completely vegan chicken birria taco with sauce) (second is Crave Holyoke)

– I received the birria, open the box and there’s a legit puddle of grease, not leaking cosume
– 3 tacos SLAMMED together I had to peel them apart.

This was my first time getting food from Crave (literally 20 mins ago) and I inhaled this meal. It was some of the best food I’ve had in years, I can’t believe I haven’t been here before in the last 2 years I’ve lived in Holyoke. I will definitely be coming back asap.
