Ordered food and some items weren’t in the bag, and never got extra onion that I asked for. Had to leave work a second time, losing pay to come get my order. They were really nasty and wouldn’t compensate for their mistake. This is the third time I’ve ordered from them and the THIRD time I’ve had issues. Will not go back again… Not so much for their mistake but because of their rudeness.

I ordered a Pepper Steak with onions and got home to find no green peppers in my pint order (I distinctly heard the clerk who took my order call to the Cook: “peppers steak!”). I called the restaurant the next day and the manager is trying to convince me that he told me they were out of peppers–never happened. If that were true, why would I continue with the order and not order something else? I received no apology for the issue. So, this clown want to now give me my missing peppes–no apology, just contempt for honesty. I told him to keep em, or give them to some other good customer–he just lost one.
