All I know is the manager knows his stuff. Is customer centric. Only complain is the amount of onion rings I got. The quality though, balanced it out.

Used to be our favorite place to take our kids. Twice in a row our order was massively wrong. Tonight, my husband had to go inside after our drivethru order was incorrect, more than once. Sauce to pretzel was chunky or had some type of clumps. How does one mess up a simple order with 0 customizations is beyond me. Once, sure. This was two nights in a row & repeatedly messed up in store as well.

I ordered a banana split with pecans and they charged me the extra pecans 3 times. I am usually only charged once for pecan toppings. Pecans are $.079 cents each. This is supposedly $2.37 worth if pecans, really? You can be the judge.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time it’s happened and it appears to be a pattern where this specific DQ skimps out on providing what you pay for. I don’t blame the workers, just the management that directs this.
I have found that the Northdale DQ in Blaine is much better at providing what you pay for.

I don’t know why I keep coming here. Probably because it’s close to my house but I will stop. They more than once now have given less than in the amount of food but want to upcharge for what??? I got the buffalo chicken strip basket. Literally got 8 onion rings. Small and burnt with no onion.

Stopped by for a mini-blizzard. Cotton Candy is back! Sticker shock as it was almost $5 for a MINI blizzard.
Then, 1/3 of it was just vanilla ice cream…. the bottom wasn’t blended. No excuses as there was no one else at the drive-thru before or after me. So there was no reason to rush like it was a July summer night with cars wrapped around the drive-thru.
$5 for a what amounts to a large scoop of ice cream that wasn’t prepared correctly. How can a family of four afford this treat if they are in a budget? They can’t.
Last time I was here I got a medium chocolate dipped cone. It was much smaller than a medium usually is and the chocolate coating was super thin, could see the ice cream right thru it.
Quality control has left the building as has cost value.
Guess I’m finding a new DQ….

The staff here are SO nice!! The lady behind the counter greeted every single customer that walked in the door like she knew them 1:1 and the lady that delivered our food was also so so sweet. Very impressed with the customer service

There was a long line in the drive through, but it went pretty quickly. I was super happy to see that they have butterscotch dipped cones here! Every Dairy Queen I’ve gone to elsewhere has stopped carrying butterscotch! So that alone is worth 10 stars to me. Friendly staff too.
