Took the Grand kids..went through the drive through. Hot dog and hamburger..Grand daughter wanted ice cream cone..hands it to me..I ask for lots of napkins..I get 2..it took awhile for the food portion to be done..I wanted my reciept so I could scan and receive rewards..nothing to scan on the reciept…Blizzards are the best thing about this place.

The dining room was closed and the drive through was long which we expected. The value meal that you get an ice cream included is now $7, ok thats fine considering the high coat of everything these days. However when we received our 2 chicken strip dinners with gravy, the gravy was as thin and watery like 1% milk. I knocked on the locked door and asked for replacement gravy that was a little more like gravy and the manager came back and said sorry, that’s all we have. I asked why they were watering it down and she said they were not and its supposed to thicken when heating and it hasn’t done that for a while. Sorry I don’t believe that. Otherwise the staff was nice

So I got dq, then decided to take my kids to McDonald’s to play and eat. My daughter accidentally spilled the tray, and my entire banana split blizzard (a small) spilled out onto the floor. I am poor as it is, and it’s expensive out there. So I decided to call and ask if after we left, if I could come get another one. She got attitude and said free of charge? I said well yeah..she said yeah no after you leave the store we are not responsible. And I get that. But also…I’ve worked in food for many many years. I could see if I was someone who called all the time or something. But I am not like that, and I know anywhere I’ve worked in food we would of just given the customer another one as told them to c’mon in! It wouldn’t of hurt dairy queen that much to make me one more , but it hurt my pockets and I didn’t even get to eat it lol. It was an accident yes, but courtesy goes a long way… Next time whoever she was can be a bit nicer too.

If I could give 0 stars, I’d do that simply because of the incident. I am shocked and appalled. I was In around 12pm this afternoon, getting kids food- a female employee was packing up the Childrens ice cream, and LITERALLY was falling asleep/nodding off while doing so!!!!!!! It was shocking and SO ODD and actually terrifying! I can’t imagine that none of her coworkers noticed this about her. It was very apparent. I will absolutely not be coming back here, good food or not. To see that is very scary, and really shook me up! I am not a terrible person, so I hope she is certainly okay. However, this behavior is clearly not work appropriate. Prayers for this woman!
