Doyle’s Daiquiris has the best daiquiris in New Iberia, hands down! I’ve tried almost every drink on the menu, and not a single one has disappointed. Every flavor has been amazing, and the variety is unbelievable — there’s truly something for everyone.
The service is just as great as the drinks. The ladies working there are so sweet, friendly, and lovely every single time I pull up. They make the experience even better.
This has become my go-to stop every day on vacation — yes, every day! Whether you want something strong, sweet, fruity, or classic, this is the drive-thru daiquiri spot you need to visit.

This is probably one of the few daiquiri stands that you can walk up and order here in town. Most of the others are strictly drive through only. There’s a wide variety of the drinks and their ways adding new drinks. About a year back they starting selling 2 girls and cheesecake. I just have to say omg! It’s delicious. The staff is friendly.

I ordered a large White Russian,going by what I saw on the price list on the window which said $14.When she handed it to me and told me 19.50 I told her the sign says $14 and she said not for a White Russian because we use ice cream. So I paid for it and wasn’t going to leave a review but then I saw $20.83 was charged to my debit card.When I turned around and went ask why the amount was different she said there’s a 4% fee when using a card. Yes I’ve heard of that and a lot of businesses charge this fee but when they tell you how much you owe they give you the TOTAL amount that’ll be charged to your card. Needless to say I won’t be stopping there again. Only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 1,the drink was tasty but if I’d wanted ice cream I’d have gone to Baskin Robbin’s.
