Their ice-cream is amazing! They are really nice and their assortment of flavors is amazing! My recommendation is the Salted Caramel Shake as it is only $5 (WITH TAX) and the taste is worth $100! This is my go-to spot for good ice-cream, and it should be yours too!

I grew up in Winnsboro but moved once I went to college. I still have family down there and visit once in a while. My cousin gave me a $10 gift card for here as payment for helping him with some schedule stuff, so I stopped by to try this place. Man I wish I were closer, this place is great. The prices are very good, the taste is very good, the variety and options are very good, the environment was very good, the employees were very good, there was absolutely no complaints here. I was extremely happy with my purchase and I will be back when I’m in town. I hope this place stays forever, it’s definitely great.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at Scoops in Winnsboro, LA. We were just driving through and made a great decision to stop! We both had delicious açaí bowls with ALL the toppings! We were served by the friendliest staff, in the cutest atmosphere! We left feeling happier than we arrived! Go there! Wish I had taken a picture of our food before we devoured it!
