Very delicious little breakfast spot. The dining room that overlooks the Napa river is really quiet and nice. They have a great patio as well! The servers and waitress were so nice and accommodating for my toddler. I got the breakfast sandwich and swapped the cheddar cheese with Gouda. Omg – it was amazing. Highly recommend!

We stopped here for breakfast after our Hot Air Balloon flight! It was perfect. We were greeted upon arrival and sat outside near the river. It was a beautiful morning. Breakfast was awesome and the service was spectacular. We were celebrating my birthday and they were so generous with a birthday brownie at the end of our meal. Definitely come back here soon!

My friends and I decided to try Downtown Joe’s one Saturday after spending the day at an outdoor concert at Vino Godfather Winery in Vallejo. So glad we did! We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we entered the establishment. There are different choices of seating areas: indoors in the bar area, upstairs dining, covered patio, and outdoor seating. We chose to eat upstairs. Nice view! The service was great, the food delicious. Two of us ordered the Bacon Jam burger and one of us ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. Everyone there was great especially Big John! We had a great time and will definitely return! Highly recommended!

Wowwww! I’m very impressed with the experience I have encountered at Downtown Joe’s bar and grill in Napa, Ca home of the wine! In the first time of my life I went to the same place twice in one day. Being that I’m from New Orleans I expect a certain level of flavor. Let me tell you this, one of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Big Joe is the guy to asked for! This guy moves so smoothly that you don’t know if he took long, or did he move that fast. However everything he suggested to get was a dead ringer ! If you are ever in Napa, please go there and order the steak/ anything BBQ, and the Cajun pasta with blackened shrimp. Sliders are to die for. I salute this place as one of my top 3 ever! Adored the un-pretentious vibe at Joe’s, especially after touring a few beautiful (but very pretentious) wineries in the area. Felt much more comfortable as I drank excellent craft beers while relaxing on their patio overlooking the Napa river. We spent hours on the patio, just enjoying the view, the beers and the weather. Service was fantastic. Inside is a bit humble, but in a charming way. I’d 100% go back.

Great place by the river. Sat outside with our two kids. They loved their Shirley Temples! I couldn’t help but notice the amazing chemistry and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was genuinely happy to be there and super nice. A server who was walking by overheard me saying I didn’t like my drink much and immediately offered to switch it for me. I got the blueberry mojito and it was delish!! Left there happy to have dined there. Highly recommend it!

We didn’t eat any food but we spent the evening here having a couple of beers that were recommended by our wine tour guide. I’ll tell you what, if you want a place to have a great beer that isn’t pretentious, just delicious, this is the place to go. We enjoyed ourselves so much we came back and spent the afternoon drinking before we had to fly out. The staff treats you like family, they take care of you and it’s just such a warm and welcoming vibe we will be back! We love this place. Iris is an amazing server, if your lucky enough to get here you need to be kind and thankful! She’ll treat you right and give the best service possible! Good people work here.
