Very disappointed my first time eating here not only did I not get my ranch that is on the receipt. I get to my ninth piece of chicken and there is a long hair baked into it that I had to pull out of my mouth. I’m bald so it’s not mine. It was at least a foot long .I won’t be eating here ever again And neither should you. Highly disappointed. Photos added for extra disgust.. I have the hair baked into the skin in my hand, and the other half of the hair is on the ground that I spit out.. I wish I could give you zero stars

The store on Bell and Greenway in Surprise Arizona is nasty dirty all the time. The staff are uneducated on their POS systems. A lot of times they don’t know how to redeem specials. And then argue with you that their store doesn’t accept it even though it clears out your special because the POS system accepted it. They need a lot more education on how to use the POS system. They are argumentative rude and don’t look to satisfy the situation with a resolution they just want to be right. Marisol is thr lead to Justified herself by being right and not looking to have a solution to this problem. And this is not the first time I’ve dealt with her rudeness and incompetency. There is no way I’d let her remain on my staff!

These reviews are awful we took our chance hoping for the best. We ordered three of the three piece spicy tender meals with mashed potatoes and drinks. There was only one car ahead of us. Although it took some time to get our food it was all correct when given to us. Our food was good and we’d come again. Service seems to be a major issue here according to reviews, but we had no issues. My one major complaint is how dark it is around the entire building.

I recently visited Church’s Chicken and had a disappointing experience. First, I was told by an employee that they had no hot sauce, which was frustrating. Additionally, I noticed some unprofessional behavior from staff: one employee was on break and was rushed back by a coworker saying, “Your break is over, Maria.” When another employee questioned this, she responded, “You already took a break,” even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and the tone felt unnecessarily aggressive.
I hope management addresses these issues, as customer service and staff treatment are important for a positive dining experience.

I came here Wednesday evening to try their food. A coworker asked if I’ve had their biscuits? So not having tried their chicken, I came to place an order at the drive-thru. I ordered several items to try. I started with the original chicken sandwich; followed by a combo meal with 3 pieces chicken tenders, a side of mac & cheese, and a medium coca-cola no ice. I then added an order of honey-butter biscuits that my coworker recommended, and apple pie. I pulled up to the window, paying for my order that came to $18.16, and was directed to pull forward. I waited for over ten minutes, and noticed the vehicle parked beside me received their food before me. I don’t understand why this was, and called. I was told they were making my order. Is there a difference in what chicken is made? Fifteen minutes later I received my food. As I tried the chicken tenders, they were ok. Not hot, and not even warm. Certainly not crispy like one of their competitors. The biscuits were good, and reminded me a little bit like that of Brown’s Chicken back in Chicago. One thing that irked me. No plastic fork or spoon for the mac & cheese. No napkins either. The mac & cheese was fair; nothing to rave about. The worst part of my meal was the sandwich. It was small. The chicken was thin, and not crispy at all. I like mayo, but not to the extent that that is what I tasted more than the chicken and pickles. It was like eating mayo from a jar. The Apple pie was alright. It had a huge pocket where there was no filling. The filling shifted all to one side. Would I return to try more of their menu? I doubt it. Their competitor has a great chicken sandwich. Crispier chicken too; along with red beans and rice.

I ordered through door Dash. When received and opened, the chicken was hard and dry. It must have been sitting all day. Took a bite and had to throw out the entire 3 piece meal. The chicken tasted ransed. So there’s over $20 thrown in the trash can.

I really like their food but their service is awful. It’s not uncommon to be sitting in front of the drive-thru speaker for five minutes before someone helps you. They desperately need new management.
