This places was really amazing. Would advise to make a reservation! I couldn’t pronounce half the menu items, but they were delicious!
The cheese/sauce with bread appetizer was absolutely wonderful! Baked potatoes were good, and probably the best asparagus I’ve ever had.
The steak i would rate 4 out of 5…. tender and east to cut, but lacked flavor.
Their drink menu is 10X longer than their menu lol

I ordered the aged ribeye – stay away – it soaked up the propane from the cooking style and I have no other way to describe the taste other than that… and I have had plenty of aged steaks. The other person ordered the regular ribeye and it was good. The mushrooms and green beans were good. Our server had no clue about the drink menu or pairings – we are 99% sure we received the wrong margarita but she couldn’t confirm nor deny so we just rolled with it because we aren’t those kind of customers. For those that truly like food I wouldn’t say this one hit the spot tonight and the service was below average.

My brother and I both ordered the elk and it was very good. They have a great whiskey and wine selection and there is good separation between the smoking and nonsmoking sections of the restaurant. The complimentary valet parking wad also great -i drive a manual transmission and they had no issue with it. My seat was exactly where I had it also, which is nice.

We took my Dad here for his birthday and had a great experience. The atmosphere is speak easy type vibe, the old fashioned was delicious, and our filets were cooked to perfection. They have amazing daily specials. Chase was our server and he was the absolute best – service was top notch. Highly recommend

On March 2, me and my two girl friends went to this establishment for my birthday dinner. It was me them and my one white friend who was a man that attended the evening. I have received my appetizer and I told my waiter that I did not like the appetizer that had came out to me. He looked at me and said basically oh and walked away. He did not try to accommodate me. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to switch out my appetizer or if I wanted something else or if it was anything he could do to make it better for me. I proceeded to get my main course which was a steak. I asked for my steak to be done, medium well my steak arrived basically well it was very tough to cut. It shook the whole table. After the service was over, I had decided to take pictures inside of the establishment and the manager himself kept walking past me as I was taking pictures looking at me as if I was doing something wrong and as if I wasn’t supposed to be taking pictures inside of his restaurant!!! At the end of the night, we all split our checks and we left a tip. The owner followed us out of the restaurant mind you the restaurant is inside of an alley that you have to walk down so it’s pretty dark. We were walking up the alley me my two female friends, and my one male friend and he followed us out of the restaurant saying that we did not tip his waiter enough and asking us if it was something wrong with our service so we told him we did Tip the waiter and he told us our tip wasn’t good enough when I tried to explain to him that I did not like my food tonight, he cut me off and told us that we were never allowed to come back to his establishment and that he doesn’t accept that kind of behavior in his restaurant. Mind you we did tip his waiter. He claimed that our tip was only two dollars to his waiter, and then proceeded to say other derogatory statements as he walked away. I am a black women along with my 2 female friends and 1000% felt uncomfortable & discriminated against! I would NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN & the manager/ owner needs to be fried IMMEDIATELY! I will be taking legal actions against this & we have him on video saying everything.

Wish we could give more than 5 stars! The food was exceptional. The chef adds a Cajun touch to his specials and everything we tried was fantastic. Our waitress, Zoey, was amazing. She knew the menu from front to back and her recommendations were spot on! Highly recommend.

We arrived before our 8:30 pm reservations on Friday 3/6/2026 my salmon broccoli and asparagus wasn’t fully cooked well! The portions was too small. I really wanted an appetizer but the 2 crab cakes was so small so I requested an ask them to please take back to the kitchen. Nobody told me about the free valet parking ️ but it’s ok NOW my husband food was great everything his mashed potatoes green beans and lamb steak chops was delicious well cooked prepared. Our server Adam? Wasn’t friendly. Thanks! Maybe that 1st disappointed experience will be better for someone else next time because we’re not going back. Maybe I we should try again but I don’t think so

A gem of a steakhouse in Macon, Georgia. Yes you turn down an alley to get to it. You have to get over the fact that this is an older property that may not have the ambience you expect from a first class steakhouse. But rest assured it is a first class steakhouse with superb service. If you’re traveling through Georgia, find a reason to overnight in Macon and enjoy this local joy.

I absolutely love this place! I’m so glad we found it, and I can’t wait to go back.
The atmosphere here is wonderful—it feels both quiet and private, making it a perfect escape. And the food? It has to be the best in central Georgia! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, too, which makes the whole experience even better.
Plus, you can enjoy a smoke if you like while you’re dining, which is a nice touch. And the bar is truly impressive, to say the least!
