This is by far the worst bbq I have ever eaten. Today I paid $53 and all I could taste is salt in the ribs. Almost like they sat in too much salt to hide the fact that the.meat was old. The potato salad had no taste other than potato and a salty mayonnaise.the collard greens had a taste of being burnt. The baked beans tasted watery and the brisket was bland. I will not visit Doveshack because this is my second visit and both locations were bad.

Today around 1ish I place an 1/2 rack order of ribs. When I got the food and before I left the parking lot and wanted to taste a rib. Went into the bag a grab a rib and noticed that the ribs were cold like they been out for a while. Backed my truck back near the food truck and explained to the gentleman out there that the was were cold. So they decided to replace them. Now the picture on the left are the cold ribs but the picture on the right is what the young guy In the food truck gave me in order to replace the cold ribs, he gave me a plate of scraps and fat what looks like what was on the side they don’t sale. I’m very disappointed and disgusted at the service that was provided today.

There is nothing Texas style about this barbecue. The smoking process is subpar. The ribs are bland, tough, and undercooked. The only thing you seasoned with salt and then sprinkle what tastes like Italian seasoning. You can tell the collard greens and baked beans come out of a can. You didn’t even try to add some flavor to them. Everything taste old and not fresh. For $58.00 I am extremely disappointed with your product. Marinate that meat the night before so it can be tender with flavor. I will not be recommending this place.Sorry but ain’t sorry.

Ordered the brisket sandwich for myself and my husband. The meat was drier then saw dust and the watery sauce was tasteless. What a waste of $$$. Tossed it all in the trash

Driven past a ton of times but usually before they open for the day. Finally tried today and YES omg we will be back. Got the pulled pork sandwich and collards. Collards were perfectly cooked and seasoned, pulled pork was juicy and plentiful. For 2 sandwiches and a side it was $20, which we would have easily paid more for less food elsewhere. 5/5 we will absolutely be back.

I have enjoyed Doveshacks in the past and drove the 35 mile round trip to have it again in Warsaw. I was told the only sides were beans and collards when I wanted potato salad. Then I was told I would get extra pulled pork because the sides were not hot enough. I watched him pour a can of collards in a crock pot then serve them to me. Cold sides I couldn’t eat. The owner is a Marine, I’m sure he will clean this up.

I saw the truck while in Warsaw Va in 2023. Tried it 3 different occasions. First was pulled pork, very little to no seasonings. Beans were terrible, slaw was so so. Next time tried the pork ribs. Super dry and no flavor. Sauce on the side wasn’t good. Greens were okay at best. Potato salad was average at best. Pulled pork once again dry. The best thing I had was a smoked sausage on Aug1 2024. Hard to mess that up.

My husband and I were on our way to go fishing out in King. George stopped by and grabbed a full rack of ribs on our way out. Let me just say they were the best ribs of my life with barbecue sauce on the side… I cannot wait to go back for more.

We ordered pulled pork sandwiches and sausage sandwiches from a food truck. All the meat, sauce and bread came separately with no option of toppings not even onions and peppers for the sausage sandwich. Standing outside a food truck and assembling your own sandwich standing up is insane and not worth half the price they charged . Has anyone told them meat needs seasoning? 0/10 stars unless you want plain cabbage and carrots and call it coleslaw.

Seen this food truck while traveling and decided to stop. Ordered pulled chicken sandwich and brisket. Now with all the smokers that they had you would think the food would be flavorful, but not the case at all. Chicken was cold with no seasoning, baked beans were from the can, corn on the cob 0 better salt, pepper, nothing. Brisket tasted like it came from the oven. Additionally, for some strange reason the bun on the sandwich was soggy without slaw. If you see this food truck keep driving!
