This was my first time here. My wife loved her biscuits and gravy, and my son loved his pancakes. I ordered the Papas with Carne Asada but I’m not sure if it was a mistake or not but I did not get carne asada. It looks more like corned beef or pot roast. It was still good, but I’m just a little disappointed.

We have really enjoyed this spot for years and are so glad they have kept their original vibe. You should know, there’s a secret menu some of the old classics that aren’t on the printed menu, including the banana bread toasted delightfully, and chilaquiles.

Service was awesome! We came while driving through and our waitress was sweet and attentive even though they were getting busy. I got chocolate pancakes while my partner got the country fried steak. We had deliciously large portions and the ambience was friendly. I could tell this place had alot of regulars which is always a great sign.

It’s back! Since it’s been back under original ownership the food, service and atmosphere are all much improved. The manager, Alex, and his entire team are responsible for returning Doug’s to its high standard of excellence. We have been going to Doug’s almost daily for years and it’s such a relief to see things back to where they were – the food is great, the servers are outstanding and the atmosphere is fun and family friendly. We highly recommend you try Doug’s or return if you are a past customer – you’ll be glad you did!

Great diner. Tasty food + quick & friendly service + easy atmosphere. Well proportioned Reuben with tender corned beef and tangy sauerkraut on marbled rye. Burger cooked perfectly with great balance of toppings and grilled bun – it exceeded expectations for a diner burger and more akin to an excellent bar burger.

Doug’s diner is a cute little spot to grab a bite to eat. They had a variety of food to choose from. The food was great diner food and the green chile spicy. The kids loved the Mac n cheese. The chilaquiles and burger were tasty. The servers were super friendly and attentive. Overall a great place to eat.

I’ve absolutely hated tomatoes my whole life. Ordered eggs Benedict and completely forgot to ask to hold the tomatoes. The plate arrives and I cautiously take a little bite out of a slice, just out of curiosity. Delicious, what the hell? I take another bite. Absolute sorcery, along with the rest of the plate. Hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had.
